We were able to check in early, but the best part was that we were upgraded. It was a wonderful and spacious room! It was so clean and everyone was friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We couldn't make it, due to stomach bug that was going around within the my school, which had spread to my family. My dad called them to tell them we couldn't make it, and they were incredibly rude when he asked for a refund. They told him that they "weren't going to give him a refund just because he had a bug" and that "If you were planning to get sick, you shouldn't have booked the rooms." My step-sister had also already been here, and said that the room she stayed in never got cleaned, and even had mice roaming around at times. She said that the food their was barely cooked, and that the other guests and employees were extremely rude to her. Never going here in my life!!!
