  I really like this hotel and I need a hotel in Benson NC. about 6 times a year but unfortunately this will not be the one!!! After the room was dirty 2 out of 4 visits,I’m done with this Hotel.I complained in detail both times.Housekeeping Mgnt must NOT have a procedure in place to check that the hotel rooms are BEING cleaned !!! I arrived late in the evening and very road weary,so I just curled up in a ball on my own bedding and went to sleep.I left without taking a shower because it was so dirty.The pillow cases smelled like the a persons head just got up off of it.The shower was gross with pubic hairs and dirt in every corner.The clock was flashing on and off on the night stand the tv was on when I arrived.It was about 940pm.The next day I went next door to the Hampmton Inn and it was CLEAN and everything was very nice.Im shocked at how the dirt and rust BUILD UP was.This reflects a basic routine of neglect and poor work habits in this housekeeping staff!! Like I said it’s a nice hotel! Crazy to lose business over basic cleaning standards.

  Hotel muito limpo e tudo novinho! A cama é super confortável, o banheiro estava impecável e o chuveiro é muito bom. O café da manhã também é gostoso, com boas opções. Nossa única observação seria em relação ao isolamento acústico. É possível ouvir um pouco o barulho da rodovia e também sons de outros quartos e do corredor. No nosso caso, como costumamos dormir com ruído branco, isso não nos incomodou e tivemos uma ótima noite de sono. No geral, tivemos uma excelente experiência no Holiday Inn Express & Suites Benson e com certeza nos hospedaríamos novamente!

  Place is brand new. Super clean!!!!!!!! Beds are comfortable. Free breakfast is also very good. I hope it stays this way. Would definitely recommend.

  Wonderful Stay — Special Thanks to Endy! My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Benson for five days while we were in town celebrating his sister’s 70th birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience. I especially want to recognize Endy, who worked at the front counter. I had an issue with my reservation through a third-party booking site, and Endy was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help me get everything straightened out. She was patient, professional, friendly, and made the entire process so much easier for me. She truly set the tone for our stay and gave me high expectations for the level of service at this hotel—and the rest of the staff definitely lived up to them! The hotel was extremely clean, and the ladies who cleaned our room were wonderful. Anytime we needed something, including extra towels, they took care of us without hesitation. I also loved that every staff member we passed would speak and greet us in the mornings. That kind of friendliness really makes you feel welcome. Breakfast was very good, and those pastries throughout the day were dangerous! 😂 Those cinnamon rolls were so delicious, I’m pretty sure I gained a couple of pounds during our five-day stay! Coming from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta, it felt so good to spend a few days in Benson, where everything was slower paced and more relaxing. I was actually able to rest and enjoy myself. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so pleasant, and a very special thank you to Endy for going above and beyond to help me. Employees like her are the reason guests remember a hotel and want to return. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! ❤️

  Last night into this morning 7/25/26 to 7/26/26 my wife and I, including our 2 Boys stayed at the Holiday Inn in Benson NC and it was AMAZING. As soon as you walk in the front lobby, you know you were staying at a high end hotel, everything was perfect, including the fresh pastries. We did arrive early and because we're traveling almost 12 hours, were exhausted. The Front Deck Manger, Jess understand our situation and made all accommodation possible to get us into a room ASAP and she did. Jess, truly thank you, Holiday Inn should have a Jess at every Front Desk Check-in. The lobby, outside BBQ area and room were perfect. The whole Staff worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect including the stray kittens outside. Unfortunately Google only has 5 stars because Benson NC Holiday Inn should be awarded 10 to 100 stars. Thank you again Jess and Holiday Inn for a great Staff and over night stay.
