    See room details below. This was a convenient location to nearby medical offices. It is not overpriced for the area but is barely a two star hotel.

    So I will say that the only reason I gave this a 2 star and not 0 is because the location was within 5-10 mins of many different restaurants and shops and most of the staff was really sweet. Now In terms of the room.. .. ..compared to what I'm used to this room was gross! I have stayed at many IHG hotels and this was definitely the worst! Cleaning was non existent at this hotel. Things are stained and loaded with months and months of buildup and debris. Rooms are DEFINITELY NOT being cleaned like they should be. I had to do a thorough cleaning of my room before I was even able to sit my bags down. All of my disinfectant wipes and things that I used to clean were stained after wiping things down. It was just dirty and not well kept.

    Not far from the highways and fuel stations.. staff was agreeable and the sitting/ hosting areas are sufficient but not cozy. Would recommend!

    Annoying loud condenser right outside my rooms window. Watch the video with sound the ac is off and this emanates through the entire room, complete nightmare. Old tvs with no smart apps like Netflix which is the norm. The remotes are so dated you can't even select the channel guide as the directional arrows dont do anything due to thier dated programming. Musty dingy room with dirty stained sheets. Dust everywhere you'd think to look, fridge is litterally leveled with coffee cup lids and is nothing but dangerous. The freezer frozen over likley to leak. Headboard filled with who knows what and is disgusting. Stained carpets, dirty drawers and the toilet is incredibly low to the ground. Couldnt bring myself to try the breakfast after seeing the room as id rather not get sick. The only thing that makes this hotel even bareable are the likley underpaid staff. As someone who travels for work and has been in hundreds of hotels I Would absolutely never return to this location.

    I stayed at this Holiday inn last night while visiting Charlotte to go to the Whitewater center and John at the front desk was awesome he made sure we were taken care of very well
