- AFAimee FoltzOct 8, 20262.0Although it’s beautiful walking in, you have pay $30 for valet parking, no choice. There is very low water pressure and the water has a strong chlorine smell. The rooms are too small and everything is crammed in tight. The bed was like sleeping on a board, I was told they were new but they got ripped off if they are. I would not recommend paying $200 a night to be uncomfortable. They don’t even have coffee that you don’t have to pay extra for, much less complimentary breakfast. Total rip off, although the staff was very nice

Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and funny, and they genuinely made us feel so special. All of the valet staff were amazing and so sweet too! Our bartender was also great and gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants and fun spots to check out around Asheville. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice, affordable option in Asheville!

Pay attention to your labor load and staffing. My fave (NOT) was the QR code pasted everywhere so that you can give everybody money and tips. This is a tip for management… You need to look at your workflow and your daily staffing. I won’t be booking with summit hotel properties again until they take a hard look at what they’re taking home to their own direct deposit and how they’re letting operations Fry in Asheville.

Breakfast was very good each day (part of our package) and valet parking was easy (although busy at times since that's the only option). We brought our pups...note..there is only a small dog release spot out front by a busy road (but walked across the street towards the Grove for more grassy spots). We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was a highlight of our trip - great views, comfortable and all around best room we've ever stayed in. There were 4 of us with a 4 month old baby as well. Allowed us to stay together and relax each evening with a great takeout meal after spending the day exploring Asheville. Best place to Stay!
- LWLauren WadeOct 1, 20265.0We had a brilliant time staying here. Great location in Asheville, close to downtown boutique shops and cafes, street music and friendly faces everywhere we visited. The Indigo is also close to the highway which was perfect for hopping in the car drive through the mountains we had been admiring from our hotel room windows 😍 bar staff are excellent, Cesar (very polite and welcoming, thank you!) served us a lovely breakfast on our last day and the evening bartender (name unknown, but the moustache was 10/10!) was very friendly and suggested perfect drinks for me and my husband! 😊 reception and valet staff were also great, thanks for a great stay in a beautiful room and location.
