  The morning breakfast was the worst I have had around America. Eggs cold. No biscuits, gravy or grits. Sausage was nasty. No great hot cinnamon rolls. Will never stay here again.

  I previously stayed at this hotel and had a perfectly good experience, which is why I came back again. Unfortunately, my experience this time was very disappointing. When I arrived, I was greeted by a woman named Jenny. She was smiling, but unfortunately I did not feel that she was willing to help me at all. I have a significant sensitivity to smells, so before booking the room, I politely asked if I could see the room first to make sure there were no strong odors. Jenny refused to let me see the room and would not make any effort to find a solution. I also asked if I could speak with a manager, but she refused that as well. Instead, she simply recommended that I not book with the hotel. I found the whole interaction very frustrating and felt like I was being turned away rather than helped. I understand that not every request can always be accommodated, but I expected at least an effort to assist or find someone who could help. It was especially disappointing because I had stayed here before and had a good experience. Unfortunately, this interaction completely changed my impression of the hotel.

  Had to drop a point bad enough breakfast is at 6:30 but Friday morning check out she didn't get set up till 6:40am and i have to be onsite at 7am. Guess i won't be back usually choose a hotel based on its amenities, and one of the amenities I specifically look for is a hot tub. I booked this room about a week ago under the impression that the hotel had a working hot tub. Unfortunately, I was informed that it is most likely broken and may not ever be repaired. I feel this should be clearly represented on the hotel’s website so guests can make an informed decision before booking. That being said, the front desk staff member I dealt with was very nice, professional, and extremely patient. The other staff members were also good. The room is a little on the small side, but the bed is very comfortable. My only other complaint is the water-saving feature on the showerhead, which makes for a less enjoyable shower. Overall, I would say this hotel is somewhere between a 3- and 4-star experience for me. It could easily have been a 5-star stay if the hot tub had been working and available as advertised. If the hot tub is working when you stay, I would definitely rate the experience higher.

  We stayed in a Suite on the 5th floor. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The pool was cool being inside and outside. The hot tub was not working needed repair. Breakfast was included and was very good. Lots of choices.

  We live at the Outer Bsnks in NC and this hotel and location is about halfway to destination in Tennessee where we would visiting relatives. We have been at this hotel numerous times before and always had a pleasant and restful stay. The hotel is in terrific condition and plenty of common area for computer work and quiet, peaceful conversation. There are also other amenities that would be appropriate for a commercial stay or conference, like two conference rooms.our room was vomforysble, clean and quiet. There’s also a coffee maker and micro oven in the room.The bedding and pillows were comfy. The bath towels were soft and thirsty. The hotel offers a hot breakfast daily and with plenty of coffee. The location close to the expressway and gas stations make it a very convenient overnight and easy morning start. We like this hotel snd would easily recommend it.
