- TLTasha LovejoyJul 28, 20265.0Staff was nice and friendly. Check in look a minute due to internet issues but everything went well. We had a nice visit. It was at a convenient location for us. Clean, decent breakfast, nice, hard working staff.
- SPSierra PortilloJul 16, 20264.0I stayed at this hotel for five nights with my mother who is currently in a wheelchair. Luckily, there were several handicapped accessible parking spaces near the entrance, as well as accessible rooms. The indoor-outdoor pool was unique, and appeared to be relatively well-maintained, although the hot tub was out of order at the time. We only had breakfast the first morning, but there was a decent selection of food and plenty of seating. Additionally, it was located conveniently for visiting the downtown area, as well as driving to outlying areas. The Outback next door was also handy on the night of our arrival. If we vacationed in Asheville again, we would choose to stay here :)

The tub did not drain and we heard tables and chairs being moved throughout the night. It was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. It is advertised as downtown but it is a 20-Minute walk to the Asheville Tourist District.

Hot tub was non functional, pool was super cloudy and had a pool that went inside and outside and the plastic dividers look like it collected all stds from the water. The elevators left you wondering if you were going to plummet to your doom with every ride. Was told I was upgraded... Must have been the upgrade to the top floor with a view overlooking the interstate and no balcony. They have a deck out back but close it up early because of the homeless. But the rest of it was fine. We opted out of breakfast.
