  Super convenient location near parkway and away from downtown Asheville. Clean and comfortable. Also, the friendliest group of people in the hotel industry. Ever staff member I encountered was welcoming and eager to help.

  We easily booked through the IHG app. This is a great location for our Blue Ridge Parkway trip. The hotel looks nice and the staff is very friendly.

  Beautiful hotel but totally unrestful... Mattress is hard as a rock but what is totally annoying and disappointing is that it's a Very noisy hotel with thin walls, noisy bikes from the road next to it, noisy room door that keeps on banging every time a hallway door is being opened (like somebody wants to come in your room without the key) which wakes you up every 15mn until there is no more movement (so around 2am), extremely noisy fan from the bathroom that is left on continuously with no switch off button (feels like you're sleeping right next to a super noisy AC). It's a pity bc the hotel is beautiful and the room is spacious with nice shower. So much potential wasted with these numerous unbearable noises. For the price of the king room with mountain view you would expect a quiet and relaxing stay but sadly it's not.. Cleaner manager not trained still knocking on your door at 09.30am while checkout is at 11am.. Also no water bottle in the room.. Do better

  We were unable to stay at The Cove for an Event so this hotel across the street was a perfect choice. I would definitely stay there again! The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was as nice as they could be. Perfect stay.

  I was so disappointed with this hotel. Multiple issues but the first is a warning for those traveling with kids, or people who don’t want to see po** on their tvs. It’s there. Not pay-per-view, and not listed on their channel sheet. Hilton and Marriott and many other chains have opted to remove even the paid channels. IHG, take note. Other issues: no water bottles available the 3 days I was there. When I asked, the young man on his phone just said “we’re out”. He did go get some water in a cup from the kitchen, but again, not exactly family friendly or convenient. Breakfast is $16 and exactly what other hotels give for free. Walls are thin. I heard conversations, music, alarms, showers, toilets … This one is a “never again” for me.
