- SWSteven Williams5 days ago4.0Front desk was a little rude with the approach and when we had simple questions. I hope they were just having a bad day and I’ll pray for them 🙏
- LGLydia GOct 8, 20265.0Such a good experience!! The entire staff was so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here. Definitely visit the bar, the bartender is a gem!
- JRJesse ReedOct 3, 20265.0Exceeded expectations. Excellent and super friendly staff. Miles is a fine representative for your hotel and would make a great employee for any company. Juarez is always smiling employee and helpful in finding the stairs. Chelcea is a perfect angel and we are grateful to have met her. Highly recommend!
- LSLaura StefaniSep 21, 20265.0We were here as a group of senior hikers wanting to stay outside of Asheville. This was the perfect spot. The rooms and facilities are thoughtfully designed and very clean. Every employee was friendly and accommodating. The direct access to the Blue ridge Parkway was convenient.
- GLGeorge LeeSep 20, 20265.0This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at. On my way to VA is 15 hour drive so this hotel is always my half way pit stop. The service is excellent however the only way to get to the front desk is through main corporate transfer. The bed are very comfy and the pillows are labeled soft and firm. It’s nothing spectacular but a great place to recharge. Parking is free. One thing I would suggest is if they could offer a few bottle waters for the room free.
