Shower is no frills, but outstanding water pressure and temperature makes it great! A/C cold and efficient. Nice size room fridge. Fitness center open 24/7. Superb location off I40.

Beautiful outdoor pool space with stick- built cabana, porch swing, several tables with umbrellas, lovely in ground pool with a gorgeous view of the mountains. I love the ambiance this hotel offers. Wood and stone used for building make you feel like you’re staying in a cabin. Lovely decor and bar. Even lovelier staff! Walking distance to Waffle House <1mile to gas stations, grocery store, and interstate

She was so warm, kind, and welcoming to both me and my daughter. She helped us find the perfect room and even gave my daughter beautiful bracelets that she had made herself, a small gesture that meant so much and made our stay extra special. Sean, the bartender, was also amazing. After my daughter had spent the entire day enjoying the pool (which is awesome), she was starving. Sean went out of his way to make us feel comfortable by letting us watch TV, keeping her entertained, and getting her a quick snack while we waited for dinner. He truly made us feel cared for. And the dessert was delicious, thank you! The hotel itself was wonderful, but it's the people who make this place exceptional. Chelci and Sean provided genuine hospitality that you don't come across every day. Thank you both for making our stay so lovely, we can't wait to come back.
