- AMAvery MillwoodAug 22, 20261.0This place seems to be some kind of drug haven. I arrived here to 4 homeless people asking for spare change. I responded with I am sorry, but I dont carry cash. One of these people actually raised his voice and started toward my vehicle in a very aggressive manner. I had my family with me and I really was afraid that these people were going to attack us. If it were possible I would have given less than 1 star

Seeing the black bears wondering around was so nice. They are delightful creatures. Yet a bit of caution is worthy. Especially nice roof top gathering place.

Customer service made the switch and when we went to the front she made a new reservation and charged us for 2 rooms. It’s been weeks and customer service can’t fix it and hotel is not returning phone calls or crediting card. Bad customer service!
