  Clean hotel, good complimentary breakfast, excellent service, and quiet. Great access to NC Zoo as well.

  On the website listed room is 162$ a night. Called the asheboro NC branch. Listed room 351$. Biggest scam ive ever experienced.

  Horrible experience with this hotel. I've traveled A LOT over the years and it takes a lot to upset me when it comes to a hotel stay, but this one deserves a review. First off - the pool was shut down and had clearly been inoperable for many weeks or even months. It was absolutely filthy. I can't imagine a malfunction with a pool like this that couldn't be fixed within a few days or even a couple of weeks if a part had to be ordered, etc. I understand stuff breaks, but having a pool for my kids was one of the primary reasons I chose this property and based on the condition of the pool, it appears this thing had been out of order for many weeks and maybe even a couple months. You would think in 2026, a manager or property owner could jump on Holels.com and mark out the pool or put a note that it's inoperable. Don't advertise something you don't have. Next... I chose the room that clearly said it had an "additional living area" and the pictures made it look like there were 2 queen beds and 2 pull out couches. this was EXTREMELY deceiving. There is NOT an additional living area and there is only one couch, not two. They need to fix this listing and advertise it for what it is - a normal hotel room with 2 beds and a couch. There is no additional living area! One of our kids had to sleep on the floor which is totally unacceptable when I paid good money for this room.

  Standard Holiday Inn. Reception was very nice and gave us a complementary bottle of water and granola bar. The blinds in the room were awesome, completely blocked out the light midday. The shower water didn’t get as hot as I would expect, probably only 90 degrees. I didn’t tell the staff because we were already unpacked and settled. Everything was very clean.

  Nice Hotel. Two issues , first pool was closed for repair , second laundry room closed for repair. We would stay again.
