  We enjoyed our stay while visiting Yellowstone National Park. Front desk was friendly and helpful during check in. Hot tub was nice after a long park day. Had nice service and dinner at the Branch. Breakfast buffet was convenient and had the essentials to fill up before going to the park. Walking distance to various dining and shopping options.

  Be careful reading these reviews because some aren't truthful. Cookies and laundry aren't free, this hotel appears to be operated by a tour/excursion/lodging company that loves to charge their guests at all their lodging places an amenity fee. Will not waive it regardless of their overpriced rooms. We had a room booked but canceled. Their room rate should be enough but its wasn't so found a better option. IHG reward member for years but this booking was disappointing.

  Room 136 is massive, yet somehow the only place they could install whatever device has the bright green light was on the ceiling directly above the bed. Seriously, there was no other spot in the entire room? For $500 a night, you also get a complimentary green light shining straight into your face while you’re trying to sleep. Not exactly the kind of amenity I was expecting.

  We just stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, and unfortunately, this was our worst experience at any Hotel we have stayed at and we travel quite frequently. Check-in was fine and fairly pleasant, but the experience changed completely once we reported problems. The night staff member (the woman), in particular, was extremely rude ,not only in her tone but also in the way she responded to my concerns. She was not interested in listening at all and seriously lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. Infrastructure & A/C - The hotel is clearly very old and appears to have had little to no maintenance or upgrades. Our A/C did not work for the entire four days. We were given a portable fan and had to manage with that throughout our stay, while the staff continued to insist that the A/C was working. What was even more frustrating was being told that maintenance had checked the A/C twice while we were away. However, when I spoke with the maintenance person, he showed us the phone app and confirmed that he had received only the one service request that I submitted. He also confirmed that the thermostat was not working and had disconnected the thermostat from the actual A/C unit. This directly contradicted what we had been told by the hotel staff. Noise & Infrastructure - There appear to be zero upgrades or soundproofing in the hotel. You can hear doors slamming constantly throughout the hotel. On top of that, there were persistent bed-squeaking and stomping noises from other rooms. We could barely sleep because of the nonstop noise, which made our stay extremely exhausting. Housekeeping: Other than making the bed, housekeeping was extremely disappointing. They didnt care about refills of handwash etc or removing garbage . We have stayed at many IHG properties over the years, and this experience was by far the most disappointing. The combination of poor maintenance and especially rude attitude of some staff made this a stay we would not want to repeat.

  Struttura situata in posizione strategica, a pochi minuti dall'ingresso ovest dello Yellowstone, in una piccola cittadina con tutti i servizi necessari. La nostra camera era molto ampia, con tanto spazio per aprire le valigie, e pulitissima. Il letto era grande e comodo. Frigorifero e aria condizionata perfettamente funzionanti. Se proprio devo fare una critica, probabilmente a causa della presenza della cucina in struttura, a momenti c'era odore di cibo nei corridoi e nella stanza. Consigliatissimo!
