  What a Great hotel...Very limited tractor trailer parking BUT if you can drop your trailer at the Town Pump I recommend Bobtailing here close to everything and the hotel is clean and very comfortable.

  We specifically chose this hotel because we wanted to stay somewhere with a pool and hot tub and they unexpectedly decided to close the pool and hot tub at 3 pm instead of 10 as advertised (pic). It closes 7 whole hours early and the same time as check in. People who stay only night definitely won't be able to use the pool at all. They didn't even tell us this when my hubby booked our three nights or when when checked in. The pool room is empty, no maintenance people to be seen and they just installed a new, cheap key lock instead of fixing the card lock. We did get to use the hot tub once and the jets are broken. It says we can go to another hotel and use their hot tub/pool ...maybe..... as it's at that hotel's discretion. Insanity. The gym's also inaccessible as that card lock's also broken. I guess I have to ask the front desk if I want to use the gym? I didn't pay this much money to be begging for favors and a charity case at some other random hotel. The water pressure in the showers is extremely low and you have to hold the toilet handle down and pray everything flushes. I will say that the rooms are clean and the staff was nice but the corners being cut by management is up totally unacceptable!

  This place is an excellent hotel in my opinion. One of the very Best I have stayed at I spend about 90 to 105 days a year staying in hotels. The staff is amazing. The rooms are really nice and it’s very quiet despite the fact that it’s in a pretty busy area of Missoula.

  Booked two rooms four months in advance for the Post Malone concert. And after driving from Seattle to Spokane then Spokane to Missoula I was told not to book through third party “Expedia” and they gave my rooms away at 6pm because they needed to charge me for my rooms early I ended up missing the concert that I paid $1000 for two tickets including my parking and the hotel didn’t even try to make it right they lied and told Expedia they helped me find another hotel to stay at which was untrue. Not a reliable place to book with if going to an event.
