  I booked this hotel based upon the pictures online and it being located in Kalispell. it showed lush green areas for dogs and beautiful Landscaping, though no dog parks near and I booked it on the day that I needed it. When my dogs and I arrived there, it was all dirt and gravel and on the outskirts of town right next to a highway and dump area and trailer park - very noisy and not at all lush or peaceful. so, I told the manager I was going to book elsewhere and I did not give them my ID and my credit card which has been used just to reserve the room, not authorize it. The manager was quite rude which was a first for me in the hospitality industry. Anyhow they did authorize it, though I never stayed there and let them know and now I am having to fight with my credit card company to get back that money which legally they couldn’t charge my card without having it. beware of the false advertising! if you are looking for something close to glacier, there are places that are even closer to glacier, For much less money with great hospitality and tucked in the trees!

  We booked a trip last minute, not knowing what to expect. Excellence from the moment we walked in the door. We met Derek At the front counter, the most helpful nicest human being I’ve ever come across. Rooms were more spacious, clean extra blankets. Pool area, clean extra towels Very close to restaurants if you’re looking to eat out. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. Our experience was wonderful.

  Best Western plus is stepped up their game. This hotel was new, very clean, very comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and and nice. The room had all the amenities. We needed. The free breakfast was average at best. The hotel is awkwardly located next to a recycling center. Although it was unsightly, the noise level was not noticeable. I had to do some remote work while I was there and the internet was more than capable of keeping up with the programs I had to run.

  Cute hotel with a nice atmosphere, but the breakfast was terrible. Low-quality food and a very poor selection. Everything else about the stay was fine, but the breakfast really dragged the experience down.

  Clean facility with a decent size room. Front desk was helpful and special kudos to the landscaper. Flowers arrangements were some of best we’ve ever seen
