  Very pretty hotel in a great location. Check in was easy and quick. Rooms were very clean and had a little balcony overlooking town center with a lovely water feature. There was lots of restaurants within very short walking distance. We had a mini fridge in the roon that didnt have a freezer, we spoke to the main desk and they allowed us to use thier freezer and store our items which was very nice. Parking lot is a short walk away which isnt convenient but it was well secured. Would stay here again.

  I always enjoy visiting the Best Western Premier Helena Great Northern Hotel when I'm in Helena for Montana Association of REALTORS® state meetings. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it a great place for both business and relaxation. I especially want to recognize Emma at the front desk. She went above and beyond to help me secure a room and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Emma was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything worked out. Outstanding customer service like hers makes a lasting impression. Thank you, Emma, and the entire staff for your hospitality. I look forward to staying here again for future meetings!

  This was corrected after some additional phone calls. Rooms were clean but cramped. However this is one of the most difficult hotels I have ever delta with. Font desk staff are rude and border on hostel, when making requests for things such as room receipts. Management is never available. We spent 10 days in MT, the front desk / reception staff at this hotel were the absolute worst part of the entire trip. Housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. The manager will not return call or answer the phone.They should be responsible for interaction with guests. The food was good as well. However all the good is overshadowed the poor customer service.
