I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Premier. A special thank you to Mo, who kindly assisted me with an early check-in on my birthday. I really appreciated the gesture, and it was a lovely way to start my day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained overall. There were just a couple of minor issues. The bathroom light directly above the shower was not working, and the body wash dispenser was empty when we arrived. We requested a replacement at around 10:40 PM, and a staff member kindly delivered a new bottle to our room, which we appreciated. There was parking available on the area. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a good experience. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for making my birthday stay a pleasant one!

I absolutely love staying here every year! The rooms are so nice. The beds are very comfortable. There is breakfast from 6:30-9am. There is a really nice restaurant attached to the hotel. The area is very beautiful and nice to go for a walk.

Rooms were clean, quiet, well maintained, and large. Service was the best for our group of 46.

Wonderful hotel. Great location! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Front desk employees are helpful & cheerful. For the price $ 350+ a night we are disappointed that after leaving my pillow in the room, it wasn't turned into management by cleaning staff. I hope it's enjoyed. This is the reason why I didn't give a 5 star review.

This is right across the street from Carroll College, which was perfect! Our grandson plays for Carroll so that was a great location. Very clean, great staff, great breakfast and a great nights sleep!
