  It’s hard to run hotels, especially with staffing difficulties, I was impressed to see how well everything was run, and how clean our rooms were, (Thanks to Brittany! <3) The breakfast was also very nice! There were so many lovely options! Will be coming back! Not to mention every single staff member was extremely kind and welcoming.

  The rooms are not cleaned at all I stayed in the suite and opening the couch bed found a random pill in the bed with crumbs it looks like the couch wasn't cleaned at all

  Lovely staff, great shower, and comfortable bed, but that breakfast room needs work. First, the breakfast room was very difficult to find—we needed a map or a tour guide. Luckily, a helpful young man showed us the way. (Put up a few temporary signs to guide hotel guests to the room.) The main problem is that the room looks like a meeting room (it is a meeting room) that has been thrown together as a breakfast room—like an afterthought. The room is stark and the food layout is chaotic. Pastries and muffins are left in open boxes more like you would see at a street event. It is difficult to know what food options are available since there is zero signage. An indication on the fridge door as to what foods lie within would be super helpful. (We suggest checking out the Shelby Best Western as an example of how a breakfast room should look.) But breakfast room aesthetics aside—the breakfast is free. And the options are plentiful. As to the staff—you will rarely encounter friendlier folks. Kristin, in particular, is outstanding—on the phone and in person. She is as cute as can be and will tell you if you have put a “pep in her step.” We would definitely stay here again if only to sleep in the bed and enjoy the walk-in shower. And talk to Kristin. PS I am handicapped so our room and shower were handicapped accessible. Very nice.

  Free EV charging. Room was very nicely appointed, very comfortable bed, and immaculately clean. Breakfast is OK. Most notable is Robert, who checked me in after 10 PM. He had such a positive energy, I felt as if he was glad to see me. People are the most important part of a hospitality business.
