  We chose this hotel as we traveled for a wedding. I don’t normally write reviews but hotels are definitely something I care about when it comes to my stay. I would not come back. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the girls were very kind. However, the room was filthy. There was hair in the sheets, on the ground, in the towels. The sheets also were stained and you can visibly see dust all over the counters and lamps. I like to feel clean when I stay at other places and this place doesn’t meet that feeling. We have stayed at staybridge in great falls and I would definitely recommend that over this one.

  I enjoy staying at this hotel. My grandkids love the pool. The pool hours are very generous. Rooms are very clean and comfortable! The comp breakfast is good and the patio seating is fun.

  We checked in with a unenthused person. Oreilys was no different, That started it off. We were never offered members water care package. Got to the room and there was no remote. I came down to get a remote and that didn't work, I was told we'd get a call when they found one. I called customer care. They said they would look in on it. No tv first night rough beds, leaky faucet and a musty smell is the usual. Finally someone came the next day and got the TV working, she asked what was wrong with the TV? I said there is no remote? She said she didn't know that was the problem after multiple conversations with staff, it's mind blowing. Communication, overbooking and staff thinking guest are dumb. They do a check list on toilet paper, soap and light bulbs 💡. How do they miss the remote. The room wasn't ready and was sold as ready to go to the next dope and they picked a loyal member. This will fall on deaf ears as others have in the past. One night should've been credited back at least. I can't recommend this place. Don't try the pizza next door. They don't clean up the driveway after spilling God knows what and pizza tasted worse than two day old redbaron not to mention the artichoke dip stucco. Please. I should've slept in the car.
