  Terrible, some person with pink hair wouldn't let me check in one half hour before checkin. I told her I was a Diamond Rewards Member, but she said I don't care who you are. No coffee in room, I asked about it and she said we have 24 hour coffee in lobby. They were out of regular coffee in lobby. No safety handle in shower. Bed was lumpy. Stay away from this place. Breakfast area was very dirty. Only one luggage carrier.

  Alex greeted us warmly at the office and got us all set with our room. Super friendly gentleman who made sure we were taken care of. Clean, fresh smelling room, hot shower and comfy bed with a good price. Thanks much!

  We had a really nice stay here! You can tell they pay attention to the little details that make a stay more comfortable and welcoming. Everything was well maintained, the room was comfortable, and the whole place had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. A great place to stay in Glendive

  Service was absolutely horrible. Stayed here June 1st through the 2nd. We were checked in by a slightly shorter, and larger woman with pink hair, who quite literally ruined our stay. Our check in time was 3pm, though we were about an hour late of that, and when we got there, we took a minute to get situated and get our stuff together. When we got inside there was a sign that asked you to call a number to check in, as they were short staffed, which was no issue and I completely understand. When we called all we said is that we were there to check in with a polite tone. She immediately cut off my friend who made the call and hung up after saying "I'll be there." When she got to the desk she basically just started shaming us for talking too long in the parking lot and asking what we were doing (absolutely none of her business), telling us we were rude to her (barely had the chance to even say anything), ranting about how hard her job is, and overall just scolding us instead of checking us in properly. Took so much longer than it should have and was quite literally THE MOST unprofessional experience I have ever had. Also found hair on the bed. Room was good though, no complaints there! She ruined it all though
