  Service was absolutely horrible. Stayed here June 1st through the 2nd. We were checked in by a slightly shorter, and larger woman with pink hair, who quite literally ruined our stay. Our check in time was 3pm, though we were about an hour late of that, and when we got there, we took a minute to get situated and get our stuff together. When we got inside there was a sign that asked you to call a number to check in, as they were short staffed, which was no issue and I completely understand. When we called all we said is that we were there to check in with a polite tone. She immediately cut off my friend who made the call and hung up after saying "I'll be there." When she got to the desk she basically just started shaming us for talking too long in the parking lot and asking what we were doing (absolutely none of her business), telling us we were rude to her (barely had the chance to even say anything), ranting about how hard her job is, and overall just scolding us instead of checking us in properly. Took so much longer than it should have and was quite literally THE MOST unprofessional experience I have ever had. Also found hair on the bed. Room was good though, no complaints there! She ruined it all though

  4 stars for older furniture and mattress and no breakfast protein. No fridge in room. Older ac unit where one guesses at temp and no auto setting to get white noise turned off at night. I had higher expectations of room in a hotel associated with Best Western. Perhaps the reasonable price should have tipped me off;) Great location just off highway. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although mattress and pillows were well worn, it was a great night's sleep compared to the tent of the previous 5 nights! Thanks Sure Stay.

  Clean, comfy beds and bathroom which is always nice. Honestly no complaints for the price, the staff is nice. We got in a little late, around 10 pm, and did have to call front desk staff to get into our room, and for some reason we were placed into a one-bed room instead of the two-bed we booked, but that got fixed super quickly so no worries.
