  Listing needs to be updated from “continental breakfast” to “cold continental breakfast.” We were told upon checking in they would have pastries, coffee, yogurt, and fruit. When we went to grab breakfast the next morning they only had one yogurt, mandarin fruit cups, some old oatmeal packets that when opened looked like they had gotten wet at some point. They had a few packets of mini muffins and were out of coffee. Not a great morning experience when the reason we booked the hotel was because it said it had a continental breakfast. The rooms were clean though, besides a questionable substance on the buttons on the tv remote which we put a plastic bag over so we wouldn’t have to touch it.

  Much to my surprise, this was by far the best (and cheapest) hotel we stayed in during our cross-country road trip! As other reviews note, from the outside you might not be so sure, but inside everything is brand spanking new and clean as a whistle. The bed was very comfortable and the train noise really didn’t bother us as I don’t think they’re allowed to blow their horns nearby. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever come back through, and this is coming from a very picky person! Make this your I-94 overnight stop without a doubt. Just make sure you eat dinner beforehand as options in town after 8 pm are slim to none.
