We stayed here when we went to the Miles City Bucking Horse Sale. Fantastic rooms for the location! Very clean, newly renovated and great staff. Will definitely be coming back next year.
We made a reservation with this hotel 2 days before, and called around 9pm to let them know we were comming in late and they said, its no problem we will just send you an email and put your key in a box, When we arrived there was no email sent to our box and no one at front desk, with 5 other tired people all waiting to check in. My wife sat on hold with corporate for 30 minutes no response. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at this place as it is not staffed!
Best Western corporation needs to place fees and fines for MLM poorly representing there brand to bring accountability back to hospitality, Definitely not welcoming for someone that just wants to get off the road after long day ! (Probably take 10 days to give back money as well)

We had a frustrating experience during our stay, but I really appreciate how the manager handled it afterward. The room was really nice and we appreciated the continental breakfast.
When we arrived, we had some issues with the shower, tv, and coffee pot which later found out that were handled incorrectly by one of the staff, not because there was any actual issue with them.
That said, the manager reached out afterward, acknowledged that the situation at the front desk was not handled correctly, and went above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciated the accountability and the effort to correct the issues we experienced.
Because of how the manager handled everything, we will be staying there again. It’s clear they care about their guests, and we appreciate the lengths they went to in order to make things right.

Not a big fan of this hotel, was $150 for the night just to get thrown in the basement. Room was decently clean and maintained and had a comfy bed. Housekeeper didn't even leave enough toilet paper out to wipe from one poop. Breakfast was supposed to be open at 6:30. I went to the office which had a sign saying the office is open at 6 AM. Neither the office or breakfast was open by 6:30, behind locked doors.
In other words, the room was decent besides being in the basement, but obviously the place needs new management.
And hopefully no one ever breaks down near this town in the evening. All the parts stores in town are closed by 6 PM.
“This was hands-down the best stop on our cross-country road trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with recommendations. The room felt brand new, was immaculately clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Great stay we’ll definitely be back!”
