  Do not trust them. I unfortunately made a mistake and booked the wrong date for my family’s stay. When we showed up on the night that I thought the reservation was for they informed me of my error. I asked if I could just move the future date to the current date and they informed me that they couldn’t move the reservation at the same cost but if I booked a room that night, for quite a bit more, they could cancel and refund the reservation I made in error. I contacted booking.com a couple weeks after wondering about my refund and was told that the hotel denied the request. I have tried multiple times to get a refund for the room they promised I would be refunded for but they keep denying the request. I completely understand it was my error but the only reason I agreed to stay with them that night was be because they told me they would cancel the other one for 10/30/2026 if I stayed that night.

  The place just gets older with no repairs, in my opinion. The refrigerator didn't work well enough to freeze water. The air conditioner not so good. The breakfast was not up to par with other Best Westerns. The morning clerk wasn't interested in being of service. The people who checked us in were very nice.

  Watch your bank statements, they charged us a different amount than what was on the invoice. When we called to dispute other charges that shouldn’t have been on there, we were met with hostility. Won’t be staying there again. We told them that we were bringing a pet, $15 a night was what we were told. We added a room the second night and they moved my husband and I to a new room but then said we had an undeclared pet, the dog came with us from the first room to the second room. They even had staff that confirmed we were bringing a pet.

  Rooms are definitely dated but functional. Front desk always friendly. Kids running around at 10 pm is annoying. Parents suck. And you'll pay for location. Nothing else for a while in either direction.

  Bed was comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Very small credit was given because of bugs in the bathtub. I didn't see my receipts until I arrived home and asked for a duplicate... that's on me. When I saw I was charged $360 for the one night, I thought it must be a mistake. But since my Discover card was in the middle of switching to Capital One, there was nothing to be done, no one I could discuss it with for 2 days. It wasn't a mistake, $360 for two queen beds was the charge. Because of the outrageous price, I will never stay here again.
