This hotel was awesome! Very clean, friendly staff, and easy off freeway access. The pool was our only complaint-- the chlorine was so strong it was burning our eyes (not even swimming!). Kids were coughing while swimming because of it. The rooms were well insulated--no noise from other rooms or the freeway. Overall would stay here again!

It was good at first but then we realized the swimming pool has way to much chlorine it made me have a coughing attack and it messed with our eyes, then room service people are unprofessional and expect a tip even when they don't do there job, my mom had to vacuum our room and make our beds and they wanted a tip, then room service called our phone saying there was feces on the ground and when we came back to see what it was it was a brownie and they said room service would cost more because of a brownie because they thought it was something else.

These rooms are very nice, it would he nice if there were microwaves and minu frig in the room so things can be kept cool and if foods needed to be reheated. When there are small children travelling with a person going down to use these make it difficult. The complimentary coffee in room is wonderful. The rooms are quite spacious and very nicely decorated. A wonderful breakfast station.

It's a holiday inn express its a newer hotel. It's nice the breakfast area is large and very well done. Front desk attendant evening and morning were great. Room was very nice. I actually said I could stay a few nights in this hotel. You wont be disappointed here for a night or two
