From check-in , to breakfast, to coffee any time of the day or night, to the friendly staff, including Pablo, Ezekiel & Sarah (I think she is the one who checked us in) at the front desk, Paula, Janys & the entire kitchen staff, and lastly the cleaning crew ( we were in 210 ) who were always smiling, helpful and so quiet you wouldn't know they were there!! I used the fitness room and it was always clean. We did try to use the pool/ hot tub but we had so many other things going on that we only had a chance once. That would probably be my only complaint. The water was a little cold and heavily chlorinated. Understandable with so many guests coming in & out. Last but not least, breakfast was phenomenal but we missed the mini peanut butter tubs to have with our jelly!!

After a very long drive we were excited to sit in the hot tub. Unfortunately it was ice cold water level very low and water needed chemicals both pool and hot tub.
Then we decided to stop by front desk but both male and female agents walked out front door. We decided to not interrupt there break. Went back to out room. Showered to get warm. Tried calling front desk but line was busy so called from cell a younger man answered I asked for another set of towels and an extra blanket . He told me he couldn't run them down because he didn't have anyone. But there were two people before and when we saw them walk out door together...I assumed it's because they put us in the last room down a hallway but I told him I had a broken hip he said I will keep it at desk for you.
Moral of story I wasn't impressed. I will spend 222$ somewhere else next time. I will also interrupt their break and ask for help immediately instead of walking away with out items we needed. Put your customers first I only asked for an extra blanket because I froze sitting in a cold hot tub .

The hotel and rooms overall were clean.
Our room had a strong smell when we entered - it was an unpleasant cleaner smell but with time we got used to it.
The rooms are not in any way sound proof lol. With it being July 4th it was extra noisy outside with fireworks. The halls though were the issue - you could hear everything. The doors are heavy and slam shut so if you aren’t aware it slams and can be loud. If you are traveling and looking to sleep in, this could be an issue.
We travel with dogs who when out of their own home can be sensitive to sound so we have a sound machine we crank up so we were able to manage.
The breakfast was okay, what you can expect from a hotel breakfast.
Overall, our stay was comfortable
Oh! The only part I took one star off for is the bathroom reeked of mold/must. It was actually sometimes unbearable. They were clean, but just seems the moisture had nowhere to go

When we checked in, Sarah at the front desk seemed annoyed and rushed, even though we were the only ones in the lobby. Our key cards didn't work to open the 2nd entrance we were sent to, then we were told to just go through the building and when we got to our room at the very end of the building, our card didn't work to get us into our room either. The hallways were dirty and there were red drips on the floor by the elevator that looked like blood. We are IHG members and frequently stayed in IHG hotels and this one was surprisingly disappointing.
Edited to add: there were also dirty socks on the floor of our room when we checked in.

Pros: Recently renovated, the facility and rooms are well done. The beds are comfortable and the linens are clean. They provide the pump bottles of soaps instead of single use which I appreciate. The location is directly off the highway and you can't get lost but even the rooms overlooking the interstate are quiet and have a great view of the surrounding hills.
Good/Bad: This could go either direction depending on your experience and needs, the building is older and thus has decent character however the halls are an odd layout and everything is on different levels so if your needs involve ADA it can be tricky. There are ramps and curb cuts but there is a lack of the level floors you find in newer hotels.
Cons: this was my experience and hopefully isnt their normal but the Housekeeping staff appears to be struggling either from lack of staff or training. My first room was not serviced and I passed several rooms propped open for service at 2100. They don't offer in room coffee or tea and according to a few guests at the desk with me cups are optional.
Overall, not bad. The clerk took care of all the guests quickly and competently, I got a new room immediately and they were very polite and pleasant.
