Shuttle service and breakfast were good. Customer service and maintenance need improvement. Chat service was inconsistent. A couple mornings after checking in, on July 4 when the weather warmed up, we realized the a/c wasn't working in our room. I we let the front desk know we wiuod be gone all afternoon and to let us know if the a/c had gotten fixed or if we needed to change rooms. No message or call was received. I sent a chat in on our way back from Helena and didnt get a responde - I called the front desk and they were clueless. Fortunately, the room was cool when we arrived. Unfortunately, the a/c was now VERY loud on start-up - like a space shuttle taking off.. so I called back in the next morning and asked for it to be looked at again. When we got back to our room that evening - it was hot. We had to apend the evening changing rooms, as we had a couple nights to go. The room we were moced to at the end of the hall - 250? Had a nicely working a/c and hallway noise was minimal since we were the last room. Construction noise from the kot next door was significant, but generally onky while we were awake. Also, towels were lacking at the pool when we arrived on Wednesday afternoon July 1. There are a lot of options in town, and some a lot less than this - I don't think our experience makes me want to try this hotel again.

So...the location and locale not so tourist friendly, more of arrive in the dark, put your head down, leave in dark to not see the hair that wasn't vacuumed up under the beds and avoid disappointing the kids with a pool they can only smell in the halls but not swim in because it's not upkept. The halls are so long and most people didn't even have latched doors because they don't close properly on their own. Breakfast space too scary to enjoy. Shame. Try harder at this location BW. Money not well spent.

We stayed here with our pets on our journey across the country and boy was it a relief from the last hotel we stayed in. The rooms were very cute and CLEAN🙌🏼 we haven't had the best luck finding clean hotels. The breakfast was also the best we have had on this trip--they actually served real eggs instead of fake ones. I would highly recommend staying here!

We are traveling the country, moving to Alaska. We stopped here for the night after a very long day of traveling. The beds are very comfy, they are pet friendly at $20 per pet. Check out is at 11 am. Breakfast is from 6-10 am. They had a quite large breakfast selection. Water was hot and the ac was cold. We slept great and we appreciate your hospitality!!

This was an overnight as part of a longer trip booked (and pre-paid) through a travel agent. When we checked in, we learned that although the hotel had our booking, there was a snafu with the payment. We offered to pay ourselves and argue directly with the travel agent, but Gigi on the Front Desk wasn’t having it and put in the calls to get things sorted out. She went above and beyond, and showed initiative and maturity that should be recognised by her seniors. Bravo Gigi!
