  We had a great stay here last month! The rooms were nice and clean, comfortable and spacious! The breakfast was tasty and the kids enjoyed a nice swim on a hot day! Would definitely stay here again. The location was super convenient and close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping.

  The desk clerk was pretty short with me when I showed up 40 minutes early for check in. Ten minutes later my husband and I went in to sit in the lobby to wait. Our room was ready a free minutes later. We were “upgraded” to a queen double mobility from a king. The shower seat, which I’m happy to say we didn’t need, was held together with a clamp and unusable. The room was tiny! All in all, though, the room was clean and the facilities were clean throughout. Breakfast was good. Ask for gluten free bread if you need it! They have it. I would stay again.

  A pint check-in I had checked my card and they had already put a hold on the total amount of the stay which was fine and to be expected. When I checked out they charged me the total amount which I would figure would have dropped it from pending to a total transaction but instead I now have a total transaction and two pending charges so now I've been charged twice. It is now been a week and I'm still trying to get some sort of accountability on getting my money back from you guys. You keep saying that it's my bank that has a hold but my bank says there's nothing that they can do because there is still an authorization held placed on that and you guys are not releasing it. I have attempted to make contact with the general manager three times this week with no luck to get contacted back. This is theft because I did not authorize for my card to be charged twice!!

  Not the greatest day. Front desk lady had no clue what she was doing. When we got there, the hotel just didn’t seem to be kept up well. First room they gave us we went up to it and it had not been cleaned so we had to go all the way back downstairs with all our luggage and wait to get a new room assigned. Then went up to the second room which was again not cleaned and dirty from previous people. Back down we went with all our stuff. It wasn’t till the 3rd room that we finally got a clean room. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Got no sleep.

  This was just a one night stop on a longer portion of our trip, but we weren't impressed. We kept hearing a loud whistle noise while it was storming, after looking around we found that there was a gap at the top of the AC unit making the noise. We could feel hot air coming in from here as well. The bathroom wasn't as clean as expected, so we wiped it down ourselves. The chemical smell in the pool area was also very strong, my child kept coughing and we cut swim time short. The location was awkward and behind some shops. While this was our least favorite hotel on this trip (out of 4), we did like the breakfast the best here. After checking out I realized they charged my Visa for the room (that they said was for an incidental hold) even though I had prepaid with a gift card at the time of booking. I immediately called the hotel and the young lady was laughing and more interested in talking to someone else at the desk than helping. She claimed she wrote down my name/number for the manager, without ever having asked for that information. I asked her to verify and she did have it, I assume from when I said we had checked out that morning. I didn't hear anything back from the manager so I called the next day and he said he was aware of the incident, but didn't have a note with our name/number to call and fix the situation. He did quickly fix it once we made contact, for which I am thankful. Overall, we would not stay here again or recommend it for more than a one night stop.
