  I want to shine on light on my experience so that future guests know what to expect. On August 20th, my wife and I arrived in Billings after a long road trip from the east coast. Our new townhome was not ready for us yet, so we decided to stay here. We have had good luck with many Holiday Inn locations. However, this one has some sanitation issues. When I booked the room in person, before moving our travel essentials into the room, I conducted an ultraviolet inspection, as I do with every hotel stay. The inspection revealed that the housekeeping does the bare minimum here. Nearly every surface and wall needed a deep cleaning. There was urine dripping down the sides of the toilet, spatter, dirt, dust, and hair present throughout the room. The linen on the beds were clean, which is the most important part of any stay. But we wouldn't touch or sit on any of the furnature in the room and ultimatelywe had to use our own cleaning supplies to clean the vew surfaces that we did use.. I took photographs of everything, which I will provide as many as I can for this review, and then requested that the room be cleaned after showing the on duty staff my findings. The nice ladies at the front desk were off put with seeing the photos and dispatched housekeeping. My wife and I left for dinner and when we came back, our room was "cleaned." ...I conducted another ultraviolet inspection. Same thing. It looked like next to nothing was done. For example, the mirror in the bathroom looked worse than before and the extra dirty locations weren't touched. At the time, there was next to no availability throughout the hotels we stopped at in Billings, and this location had one room available. We had no choice but to stay here. I notified the front desk of my findings for a second time and it was relayed to me that I was to talk to the manager about a discount only to find out that the next morning they credited my IHG account with points instead, and that is all they were going to do. So, here I am to post the pictures as promised. (I can only post 20, unfortunately) I would have wrote the review days ago but we have been busy with our move-in. No matter, it still happened, and I hope the review motivates the hotel to be better.

  Nice big room. Decent breakfast and REAL half n half for the coffee! Bravo!

  My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean. The hotel itself looked nice and newer. Great location to so many things too!

  The lady at the front desk by the name of callie keller was very ignorant and rude, very unprofessional, customer service was very poor. Will not be staying at the hotel again until the problem gets rectified

  Had to stay here for a few weeks on work, wouldn't have been an amazing stay without some of the staff. Clarice and Lance you guys are the best! Appreciated all your help from plates to extra room keys and conversations. Thank you so much! Service 10 out of 10, and the room was so clean.
