  Hotel was fine for a hotel in Billings. Location was adequate for my needs. Room was comfortable and quiet (2nd floor) I would not know on the 1st floor as I noticed the floorboards creaked under my feet. Perhaps the very best was Launa, the breakfast lady: super professional, polite, devoted to her work, and always with the best heartfelt smile on her face. The simple interaction over a coffee and a grab-and-go breakfast will stay with me for a long time!

  This place was way above my expectation. We will def stay here again, you will not be disappointed. Staff was amazing and so friendly. We had early flight next morning and didn’t want to deal with rental car drop off 6:00am. We dropped off rental night before, They said they will call/pay an uber driver to pick up my husband and bring back to hotel, then took shuttle to airport the next mornjng. And since we were gonna miss the complimentary breakfast they offer us food from frig on the way out the door! This place is so clean and newly renovated. We slept like a baby after driving all day Thx Best Western

  If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. My family had gotten me yungblud tickets for my birthday, my partner and I were going to go we were both really excited for the concert as a little get away I had booked a room at the best western clock tower inn thinking it would be a good hotel to stay at. My partner and I had gotten some tragic news about a family member dying very unexpectedly, I had contacted the hotel to cancel our room because we would not be able to attend the concert anymore, with everything going on I thought canceling the room would be the easiest thing to take off my plate. They made me go through hoops for a while, just to basically tell me my reasoning for canceling the room was not acceptable and I still had to pay for the room. There was plenty of time for them to fill the room this wasn’t a thing of we just decided not to go this was a big impact on our lives and yet there was no sympathy only a slap in the face.

  The best Best Western we've ever stayed in. The breakfast was incredible. The rooms are two bedroom suites some of them. Very clean and comfortable. The beds are getting a little old but still very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The only one even close is the one in Colfax Washington.

  Great hotel, in a great location. Hotel was very clean. Plenty to do within walking distance. Stellas Kitchen & Bakery next door has amazing food and you get a voucher with your hotel stay.
