- JAJeana Abell3 days ago4.0The hotel has a great vibe, and the decor is clean, edgy, and vibrant. The guestrooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and pillows. There are added high-end touches including irons in heat-protected bags, Dove soaps, personalized TV messages upon arrival, etc. It was easy to find, right off the highway, and in an area with access to food, fuel and shopping nearby.
- CECamryn Elise4 days ago4.0Very comfy beds, clean rooms, amazing natural light, enough space in room for my daughters pack and play, pool was great and pool room didn’t smell stuffy or chemically, towels fully stocked. The 24hr coffee, hot chocolate, and tea bar including sparkling water was a huge plus. Breakfast is full of variety even featuring alternative milks, hot food pans were swapped very frequently as well as the serving Utensils. There is no fan to turn on in the bathroom so you can definitely hear all bathroom noise while in bed lol but the bathroom didn’t get super steamy after showers so I didn’t mind the lack of fan. I would suggest pest or bug control, there were spider webs on the high ceiling of our room as well as cob webs in the ceiling air vents, we told the front desk twice & someone took it down for us. The hotel seemed to be understaffed, front desk was one employee having to ignore guests walking in to answer phones and breakfast seemed to be the responsibility of only one employee, she was doing an amazing job while also being very friendly to guests! I just couldn’t imagine the pressure they were under. Overall it was a good stay for the night I would go again. Management definitely should check in on staff and provide them more support.

The staff were kind and helpful. Checking in was super easy. The hotel has a bright, open, modern feeling with a lovely minimalist aesthetic. I love hotels without carpeting. The only “complaint” we had is that the rooms are a little small, but we were still able to spread out relatively okay. Otherwise, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast food was good, too (I actually said it’s probably the best hotel breakfast buffet food I’ve had in a while). We’ll stay here again next time we’re in town!
