  Clean, Spacious, Relaxing stay if you want to stay closer to the airport! It is a bit far from the city about 10-15 minutes, everytime you want something you will have to travel back and forth! But that is only important if you would rather stay within the city.

  I stayed here and found human feces in my shower. Disgusting on its own — but how the hotel handled it afterward is the real story. Staff promised a full refund plus compensation points to make this right. Instead, I got a partial refund. When I called to ask about the rest, I had to explain the entire situation from scratch — again. They “refunded” my stay in points, but I paid 34,000 points to book this room and got back 25,000. After I pushed back, they added another 20,000 — bringing me nowhere close to being made whole for a stay that ended with human waste in my bathroom. For an entire month, I was the one making every phone call. Not once did anyone from this hotel proactively follow up to check in, apologize again, or make sure I was taken care of. I had to fight for basic accountability after finding something no guest should ever encounter.

  I stayed here 2/26/26. I paid for the room ahead of time via a third party but was charged a $20 deposit for incidentals on check-in. I was assured that I’d be refunded after my stay was over, at that time and when we checked out. We did not use any items we’d be charged for or cause damage in the room. My emails about this have been ignored. I do understand that these things can slip through the cracks, but I’d suggest not charging the deposit if there is not a mechanism to refund it. IHG hotels are unfortunately off my go-to list. I can’t count on a quoted price if there might be an additional non-refundable deposit on check-in.

  Fridge in my room and my in-laws were both not working. All of our food for before our flight went bad. Some of the soap products smelled gross as they might have gone bad. Coffee machine at the lobby said it needed to be cleaned and the ice machine on our floor was closed to be cleaned. Probably one of the lesser hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

  I had an excellent stay at the EVEN Hotel Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport by IHG. The first thing that stood out was how incredibly clean the entire property was. From the moment you walk into the beautiful, modern lobby all the way to the guest rooms, everything is spotless and very well maintained. My room and bathroom were exceptionally clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. The staff was outstanding. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, and the bartender provided some of the best service I've had at a hotel. He took the time to explain several Montana bourbons and whiskeys, making for a fun and memorable experience. Having the EVEN Kitchen & Bar inside the hotel was a huge plus. It's convenient to have great food and drinks without leaving the property, with breakfast and dinner being served to their guests. The fitness center also deserves recognition. It's one of the better hotel gyms I've used, featuring plenty of free weights, cardio equipment, a functional cable/pulley machine, and enough equipment for a complete workout. If you're staying near Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport, I highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful property, exceptionally clean, excellent staff, a great restaurant and bar, and one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. I'll definitely stay here again.
