  Rooms nice - right by a railroad track that is active. Two alarms went off in the very early morning within 2 hours of each other. Manager said he was giving back some points back for the noise and inconvenience. Lies to my face and never received points! Won’t stay here again.

  Interesting place. Clean rooms. Modern touches. But, clunky breakfast layout and options. Every "station" infringed on another once there were more than a few people in line. Staff eas friendly and working hard, but they should have hired a Systems Engineer along the way. And, Google says this is a 4-star hotel. Nothing against the hotel, but it's far from it. 3 star and on par with Springhill Suites and Hampton Inns.

  Nous avions réservé deux chambres : une pour trois personnes et une pour deux. À notre arrivée, le canapé-lit de la chambre triple n'était pas préparé. Nous avons demandé s'il était possible d'obtenir une chambre avec deux lits Queen Size à la place, et notre demande a été acceptée immédiatement. Un grand merci au personnel, qui s'est montré très sympathique, réactif et à l'écoute. L'hôtel est récent, moderne et très propre. Les chambres sont bien équipées avec un réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes, une machine à café, un espace de travail et un canapé, ce qui est très appréciable. Seuls deux petits bémols dans l'une des chambres : la ventilation était particulièrement bruyante et la chasse d'eau des toilettes coulait en continu. Mis à part ces détails, notre séjour a été très agréable. C'est une excellente adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter. Surtout si vous prenez l avion😉

  I saw a reflection in the vent in my room (see attached picture). I took a picture of it and took it to management for comment. I suspected a camera or sensor, etc. When I tried to show the picture to the manager, he told me to step back and calm down, though I wasn't animated, loud, rude, or otherwise energized. He told me to again calm down or he would call the police. Again, I was not energized in any way. I recommended he call the police and we'd let them take a look. He didn't call, again telling me to calm down. Again, I wasn't energized. I then called the police. After the police arrived, the vent was removed, and inspected, it turned out not to be anything other than a part of the vent. The sad part was, because the police were called, I was asked to leave. I had a right to ask. When I tried to check into the Holiday Inn next door, which was owned by the same group as the Atwell, I was turned away. As an IHG Silver member, I expected more from management. I was three days into a six day stay. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel, or the next door Holiday Inn, for stays while visiting Belgrade, MT.

  I travel a lot for work. So, I spend a majority of my time in a Hilton or Marriott property. However, I was impressed by the Atwell Hotel in Belgrade, MT which is an IHG property. I understand it is a newer hotel but it was a nice hotel that is being well maintained. The room was clean and welcoming. I had a king size bed room with a small fridge, a walk in shower, a couch, and a high table with elevated chairs. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were labeled as soft or firm. I had never seen that before. The hotel was close the airport and right off the highway. I had an easy drive to Boise. In addition, it was close to grocery stores, gas stations and a few restaurants. I liked the location and the ease of getting in and out. It also had ample parking. In my opinion the hotel is suitable for business travelers or families. The have free self serve breakfast, a bar and a small area where you can purchase snacks and drinks. However, I did not eat breakfast or go the bar. I did not interact with the staff much but the lady who checked me in was pleasant and professional. The housekeeping staff did a great job of keeping the hotel and rooms clean. I was comfortable during my stay. I do know if I will visit Montana again but I would definitely repeat staying at this location and highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The only downside was the cost of the hotel. However, I do not know if the cost was due to the time of year or the area but I paid about 195 a night before taxes. To be fair other hotels in the area were over 200 a night.
