The check-in process was seamless, but the real reason I’m writing is to recognize Ms. Essie. I was there alone and going through a very difficult moment. Literally everything was going wrong. Ms. Essie noticed I was in distress and stepped in without hesitation. That level of care was not required of her, yet she extended it anyway. Her compassion, awareness, and willingness to act made an overwhelming situation feel manageable. She is truly exceptional, easily an 11 out of 10. It’s rare to encounter someone who shows that kind of kindness with no expectation of anything in return. Experiences like that restore your faith in people, and I will not forget it. I also want to acknowledge Ms. Kelly, who also went out of her way to support me during a stressful time. Her help did not go unnoticed and was deeply appreciated. Thank you to the entire team at Best Western Yazoo for your professionalism and, more importantly, your humanity.

It was my first time at this property, however, I was glad it was close to where I was going and surrounded by places to eat. There is no elevator (which was a surprise), but the room was just great and the staff was courteous and accommodating. A great place to relax and unwind. Will definitely be returning.
- KMKirby McDonaldApr 5, 20263.0TV only had dish Network which had hardly any channels and the channels they had didn't have any good shows on it so that was totally a game changer . For the $150 we paid it was not worth it we lost money on this booking.
- AHAngel HarrisMar 16, 20263.0I will start by saying I AM bias to lower budget hotels, but this is the best option for Yazoo City. Pros: clean room, no bugs, great customer service. Cons: no elevator, walls are thin, room looked renovated but still dated, pricey for the value. My room was right next to the stairwell so I heard everyone coming and going; including luggage dragging up/down each step.
