- PCPaul CainJun 25, 20261.0Booked a room like a week in advance. Warned them I'd be in at around midnight. Get there to a dirty smelly room. Went to the person at the desk. He put me in a different smelly slightly less dirty room that only had 1 bed and fold out couch instead of the 2 queens I had booked. 1st room the toilet was flowing when we 1st entered and the room literally smelled of sewer. I didn't get pictures of that room but the room I got a couple of before the person at the front desk caught me bringing my bags in. He called us a liar about the cleanliness of the room and the toilet flowing. We had jiggled the handle so maybe it had stopped by the time he went to inspect it. He called the room clean and the smell acceptable. Told us we would be charged full price after telling us we were liars. We canceled our stay and went elsewhere. I suggested you do the same. I love Holiday Inn hotels but this 1 is nasty

There is not one elevator. This cause problems in certain times. This is not a good experience. I have spent 01:40 minutes without being able to do a checking in due a “system failure”.

- MHMatt HeiseyJun 8, 20262.0Very old property and has not been well maintained. Room was fairly clean, but worn. Bathroom was also worn, stained tub and stained toilet. Still was using single use soaps and shampoos. Breakfast was a HUGE disappointment. At 7 AM the food had not been refreshed and looked gross. There were no cinnamon rolls either! For Winona MS this is about the best you can get, but I was disappointed that HIE allows their name to be trashed like this. Really felt like I was staying at a Motel 6.
