- ADAustin DannerJun 26, 20262.0Management seems to allow open drug use here among customers and does nothing about it. We came here for one night (6/24/26) and upon leaving, discovered 3 females on the balcony two rooms down smoking marijuana openly. These females took over the entire balcony walkway and my mother in-law had to step over them while they sat there smoking their drugs. My wife and newborn child also had to walk through their weed smoke. I watched as management did NOTHING about the situation. When talking to the maintenance guy about it he threw his hands up and said “Im just the maintenance guy!” Instead of telling his boss. While the room was clean and we appreciate being able to get a room in the middle of the night, it is absolutely unacceptable to experience this behavior.

I would definitely recommend staying here. We didn't try out the pool but it was huge with a huge hang out area. Definitely loved this hotel.

- LLLOVEJun 16, 20261.0It is a terrible hotel, starting with the manager and the front desk worker, just because the departure is at 11:46 am and My Boyfriend arrived at 12:05 pm to collect their pertenece they no longer want to give them, until they pay, $165 dollars, to have their belongings delivered, this is a robbery.
- JJJimJun 11, 20265.0We had room 115 to start and it had a very pungent mold smell coming from the AC. The staff were kind and moved us. Made the stay far better. Beds were comfortable. I love that tou can cast from your phone to the TV to watch movies. Sturdy concrete construction that kept sound out, unlike the newer hotels. Place was clean. Pool was cold. Great place to stay if you're visiting Poverty Point.
