  I really enjoyed my stay! The room was great, the food was good and the bartender Dalton was good at his job and very nice. It was the best stay I've had anywhere in a long time.

  I've been coming to Tupelo for business and this is a great hotel if you want an easy access, we'll connected clean place. Restaurant has a great menu to grab a bite coming in, hope you get to meet Dalton, he will make sure feel right at home.

  The service from Dalton and Jason was excellent! They were attentive, recommended good food choices (the spinach artichoke dip was really good) and their service was stellar! I highly recommend.

  Currently staying at the hotel. Selected this location because the receptionist on the phone said the pool was heated. It was not. The room itself is very hot but the water was like a normal pool temperature. Also while at the pool for the 30 minutes we were there, at least 20 people came in from the exit door which someone had something to block it from completely closing making it seem like those others weren't staying here. Some also had glass beer bottles. Told the front desk and was only told that it happens sometimes. Not what I was expecting from a place that charges over $200

  Despite the “IHG Clean Promise,” we were given a dirty room at check-in, and after complaining, they switched us to a new, “visually inspected,” room that was just as grimy and in disrepair, and also next to the stairwell so we could hear the door slam every few minutes all night. When I tried to talk to the front desk the next morning about a partial refund, I was told the manager would call me later that day; they never did. I contacted IHG, but was told they could not do anything about it and didn’t care if we (loyal Holiday Inn customers and IHG Rewards members) took our business elsewhere. We paid $200 for a single night, it’s not unreasonable to expect a clean room, especially when you can find a perfectly clean room with breakfast included for almost $100 less an hour down the road in New Albany.
