  Check-in was very slow, due to computer per male clerk. Place is very clean. No safe in the room, no comp water, and TV smaller than most Holiday Inn and Suites, I've been in around the world. The same clerk claimed I was the very first guest to question why no safe. Really..? Never used, but their Bar and Restaurant opens around 1700 hrs.

  I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn the service was wonderful and Dalton was great he has great customer service skills and are a great person

  Rooms were great, but noise level very bad! If you want a quiet weekend, this is not the place to stay! Kids running all over the place screaming etc. We were there 3 hours and had to leave due to noise! Could not even eat at restaurant.The guy at the front desk was rude, and needed a haircut ,but lady was understanding. However they refused a refund! Not a good experience! Stay away from this hotel! They don't care about anyone who stays there.

  Comfy, clean, all in all, very nice stay. I found the room a bit stuffy and warm at upon arrival, and had trouble getting the thermosat to work, so I went to the front desk and they went up immediately to fix it. I mean, immediately! I was on my way out the door to meet friends for dinner and when I came back the room was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. I heard no noise at night and slept well, which is typically challenging for me when I'm traveling. The only issue I had was at breakfast. I'd paid extra for my room to include the "Exclusive Rate with Breakfast" and when I went down the next morning to eat, there was a pretty fierce woman guarding the breakfast bar from across the room who shouted at me, "Do you have a coupon?" I was a bit confused and explained I'd pay extra to include breakfast, and she just yelled again, "You need a coupon. If you don't have a coupon you have to pay!" I was in a rush, and it did not compute that there was a slip of paper in my room key holder that was probably the coupon she was talking about, but I'd already checked out, and no longer had my key. So, since I had only a few minutes before I had to leave, I ended up paying twice for a breakfast that I never really had time to eat, considering I spend a few minutes trying to figure out what she was talking about. Not the end of the world but she could have been a little more patient and explained where I might find this coupone. I would stay there again for sure. Clean, comfortable rooms, safe area, and quiet surroundings absolutely override a misunderstanding due to my lack of coffee induced confusion about a breakfast coupon.
