  Visited my husband for a few days while he stayed here for work and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were welcoming, the rooms are clean, the hotel in general was peaceful/quiet, good selection for breakfast and the location is convenient to anything you could need during your stay from Walmart to restaurants.

  Everything is brand new. I was brought out by my company to work out here and this is the place that they chose to have us house in. The amenities are great. Outdoor grill if you like, a pool. A weight room! A communal area indoors and out, bunch of tables, chairs, couches, TVs, all to gather in if you like with your people or just chill by yourself. Staff is great, friendly, and helpful. And I'm in a room with a mini kitchenette so I get to cook all my own food. The location is great. That's right next to the freeway. Plazas, there are a bunch of restaurants and department stores all in this area. You really don't need to go anywhere else if you don't have to. Highly recommended. 😁👌🏾

  Don’t be discouraged by the low rating! We stayed 8/24-8/25 because of a power outage and the staff (in particular Andrienne(sp?)) was great, the food was yummy, and the suite was beautiful. Today, 8/26, I called back because I accidentally used the wrong credit card and wanted to earn points on my IHG card. Jalisa, changed the payment with no complaints.

  My room got burgled by employee there. Thief employee went to the front desk and took a master key to get into my room stole and used my credit card at Sam and gas station nearby.Fron staff there assisted me to called a police. Detective found out that it employee there. He got arrested a day after and in custody. I called hotel manager a week after to follow up a case. She said she wasn't there and hang up. I found out later that hotel hire a man who has a felony charged. Don't stay there. Its unsafe!!! Hotel manager has no responsibility no employee background check or may be checked but ignore it. Front staff or manager on duty is more responsibility and helpful!!!!

  First of all, they gave us 1 bed room when we booked and paid for a 2 Queen beds for 5 people they said it was due to a "glitch" on the system but they didn't transfer or offer us to bigger room, instead they offered us bed sheets so one of our daughters could sleep on the floor, floor where I killed 2 roaches later on because they clean the room once WEEKLY (you can even see some spider webs) The bathroom had no working electric outlets and the walls were dirty who knows with what. We tried to use the microwave and it stopped working, I couldn't eat my leftover dinner. The air conditioner was malfunctioning (the biggest problem), it was making a very loud noise which made us not get enough sleep, we went to the lobby and showed a video about the noise, they said they would send a technician to the room but they needed us out of it, guess what? when we came back we realized that the ac was still making that awful noise so I don't think a technician was ever in the room. I know is not their fault but our second day we woke up to a fire alarm that made us run out of the room in pajamas at around 8:30am so no good rest at this hotel. I do not recommend. Sorry.
