This review is for two employees at Staybridge! I'll be back for everyone else. Shari is the best host ever! I want her to know that her welcoming spirit and hospitality during breakfast and the evening social does not go unnoticed. She is one of a few Great employees at Staybridge. I would like to publicly Thank her for all that she does while at work!!! Also, let me Shout Out Joneesa too since I'm here! I've never met a front desk representative that works the entire lobby by herself EVER! Doing it all...check-ins, answering the phones, helping guest in the business center, at the evening social, amazon packages intake, DoorDash, UberEats, guest services (floor/room request), pool area, and in the lobby. The way she builds positive interactions with eveyone she meets sets her a part from everyone in the hotel. Thanks Shari and Janeesa for your postive collaborations with guest!

We checked in on October 13 for a concert in the area. We were going to stay for one night. We went into the room and there was a strange seafood-like smell. We figured once we got the air turned on it would go away. We stayed in there for about 10 minutes before we left and went to the concert. We returned from the concert around 10:30pm and were getting ready for bed when we found feces on the carpet by stepping in it barefoot.. we called the front desk and Adrienne came to look at it and confirmed it was a mess and tried to accommodate us the best she could. She was as helpful as she could be given that all the rooms were full. We returned to find a solid piece of feces left on the floor. We decided to check out then and not stay the night. If the floor was that gross, how clean is the rest of the hotel/room? We will never be going back to that hotel.

Everything is brand new. I was brought out by my company to work out here and this is the place that they chose to have us house in. The amenities are great. Outdoor grill if you like, a pool. A weight room! A communal area indoors and out, bunch of tables, chairs, couches, TVs, all to gather in if you like with your people or just chill by yourself. Staff is great, friendly, and helpful. And I'm in a room with a mini kitchenette so I get to cook all my own food. The location is great. That's right next to the freeway. Plazas, there are a bunch of restaurants and department stores all in this area. You really don't need to go anywhere else if you don't have to. Highly recommended. 😁👌🏾
