  The hotel was super clean, the rooms were nice and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had requested a room near the elevator, and although that request was missed on my reservation, they fixed it quickly without any issues. The biggest downside was the breakfast. It definitely wasn’t worth the money. The food was cold and not very tasty, and the coffee was disappointing. It wasn’t the normal coffee you expect at an IHG hotel. That said, the service in the breakfast area was excellent. Ms. Edna’s kindness more than made up for the food. She takes the time to learn your name so that when she sees you the next morning, she greets you personally. That level of customer service really stood out. The only other complaint was the shower water pressure. It was so weak that it barely rinsed the soap off.

  Warm greeting, nice room, the breakfast is🔥🔥 shopping stores and restaurants are nearby too

  Everything about this room and this hotel was so very nice. Everywhere you looked it was very nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was amazing! The beds were so comfortable and the shower was just right. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation

  The front desk staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. I had multiple change requests to our reservation and they were handled promptly and efficiently. Thank you Denise and Kenya!
