  I had a wonderful stay at Candlewood Suites Southaven. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My room and bathroom were spotless, the lobby smelled fresh, and the entire property felt welcoming. Sonia at the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and professional. She made my stay even more enjoyable with her excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

  Great place to stay! Candlewood Suites Southaven was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My room and bathroom were spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the linens and towels were fresh and clean. The entire hotel smelled fresh, and the common areas were neat and welcoming. Sonia at the front desk was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. She made the check-in process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. Her excellent customer service made me feel truly welcome and appreciated. I had a very pleasant and relaxing experience at Candlewood Suites Southaven. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Highly recommended!

  I really enjoyed my stay at Candlewood Suites Southaven. The hotel has a convenient location, a peaceful atmosphere, and everything I needed for a comfortable extended stay. My suite was spacious, and having a full kitchen made my visit much easier. A special thank-you to Sonia for going above and beyond. She greeted me warmly every time I passed the front desk and handled my requests promptly. She is patient, attentive, and genuinely cares about the guests. Sonia made me feel at home, and she is a wonderful asset to Candlewood Suites Southaven. I look forward to returning!

  Horrible place. I will definitely file a complaint. Avoid this place at all cost. There is only one elevator and it is not working. You need to take the stairs with your stuff!!!!!!, Horrible stairs, very dirty, very smelly. The rooms are dirty everything has stains, the sheets, the towels. The bed is broken, walls and carpet are heavily stained. Bathrooms are dirty. There us no room service, again there is no room service. You need to take your own trash out!!!!!!!!!! Smoking smell everywhere. This place need to he immediately closed and thoroughly renovated and cleaned. Total SCAM.

  I recently stayed for the first time at an IHG hotel for a business trip. It was disappointing. Check in was ok. She was a “happy to help” agent (Sonia?). From there, it was a challenge. First, the website indicated that there was a restaurant and breakfast as included. As a frequent traveler, I had a baseline for my expectations and it was not met. Breakfast was a piece of fruit (apple or banana) , coffee options, and oatmeal in a bag (no bowl, just a coffee cup) made from the hot water. There were a few bars to choose from. Secondly, there is no restaurant onsite at all. But, there are many to choose from nearby. The bed was not uncomfortable if you are used to soft beds. It was not helpful to me and I had a backache all day. The room itself was comfortable and clean. Lastly, getting my receipt from the stay was a nightmare. I had to call the hotel directly and the desk agent was very helpful and got it to me after I spent a half hour arguing with AI and reservations, who couldnt find my stay at all! I’ve never had such difficulty with a business trip. It makes me NOT want to stay on a IHG hotel again.
