Hair (you know what kind) were all over one shower. The beds were filled with hair. Trash on the floor, and even a bug that looked like a roach. I hope the cleanliness changes or more team members present may have changed, she was the only one there.

- KDKopper DoggMay 31, 20263.0Prepaid through IHG for a room, drive all night to arrive and find our room (that we prepaid for, mind you) had been sold out from under us even though we had already paid for the room.... hint, if you sold something, it's not yours to sell again... they did their best and got us a different room to tide us over until we can have the room we paid for. So, I bumped it from 1 to 2 star. OK, new update... yeah, it wasn't fun to arrive to no room but it was basically remedied. We have since added an extra day of stay b/c we wanted to spend a little more time exploring Memphis. The hotel is good, mistakes happen, the folks that work here are nice and helpful. Final update = 3 star. Would have been 4.5/5 but I just can't get entirely past the first evening.
