  Husband booked us a room as we were stopping through and needed somewhere to sleep. Room and hotel were absolutely disgusting. It smelled, there were stains on the carpet, crumbs on the tables, and hair in the beds! We immediately left. I notified the front desk and showed the photos. She said she refunded the reservation but we never received our money back. Paid around $230. Absolutely do not recommend this hotel whatsoever. Save yourself your money and go elsewhere. Went across the road the Hilton — CLEAN NICE SAFE!

  Good location and a nice hotel. Great indoor and outdoor gathering areas.

  The bathroom sink had problems draining and we didn't have shower courting. We couldn't call down stars to the front desk because the room phone didn't have service. My husband had to go down stairs and put it up for us.

  Mi estadía en este hotel fue buena, en especial porque la gente es muy amable. La señorita de la recepción de la mañana habla español y fue amable porque me ayudó a utilizar las máquinas de la lavandería. La muchacha indu me colaboró con mis reservaciones para mi grupo de trabajo. La cena fue muy deliciosa, pero el dasayuno no tenía muchas opciones.

  The fact they be lying about they don’t be charging extra like what the hell you lying for and talking about charge $75 a piece for two dogs when the $75 is for two dogs what I look like paying $75 a piece and they never changed it trying to lie and say the company switched over whatever then the ones at the front desk is rude beside the one that work from 3-11 but the ones in the daytime try and rush people to pay and be knocking on doors before 11 like I thought that was against the law to knock on doors before 11 anyway won’t get my money again and the hallway by the door be nasty by the laundry room this hotel was much cleaner years ago but it’s not now I won’t be going here again because the folks that’s over it now think they run everything and wonder why I don’t want to work for these folks I wish I could give yall 0 stars and why they talking bout a $100 deposit but still charging incidental fees every night anyway and the room we was in wasn’t even nasty to where they couldn’t rent out why people have to lie there cause some of yall be nastier than me n my family when I was doing housekeeping yall track mud all on the floors n in the rooms and don’t nothing be said
