  Decent room. Nothing fancy but in pretty good shape. Bed was good. Not worn out at all. Breakfast was similar if not slightly better than a lot of other larger hotel brands that offer basically the same selection.

  The fact they be lying about they don’t be charging extra like what the hell you lying for and talking about charge $75 a piece for two dogs when the $75 is for two dogs what I look like paying $75 a piece and they never changed it trying to lie and say the company switched over whatever then the ones at the front desk is rude beside the one that work from 3-11 but the ones in the daytime try and rush people to pay and be knocking on doors before 11 like I thought that was against the law to knock on doors before 11 anyway won’t get my money again and the hallway by the door be nasty by the laundry room this hotel was much cleaner years ago but it’s not now I won’t be going here again because the folks that’s over it now think they run everything and wonder why I don’t want to work for these folks I wish I could give yall 0 stars and why they talking bout a $100 deposit but still charging incidental fees every night anyway and the room we was in wasn’t even nasty to where they couldn’t rent out why people have to lie there cause some of yall be nastier than me n my family when I was doing housekeeping yall track mud all on the floors n in the rooms and don’t nothing be said

  I booked this hotel same day as getting into the city. Room was spacious Had an issue with tub and they immediately fixed. Rest of my stay was great. The amenities and breakfast was spot on! Very accommodating staff and my stay was great. Would recommend stay here.

  Great place to stay if you need to stay longer than a few weeks or a couple of days. They have kitchens which make it so much easier for people that are staying extended stays. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provide free laundry, free breakfast and Monday Tuesday and Wednesday they have finger foods in the lobby from 5:30 to 7:00 for the people staying at the hotel. I would recommend this hotel.

  This is certainly not a typical Staybridge quality location. The entire hotel smelled of curry when we walked in and was very overwhelming. Our room was a handicap room but quite small. Parts of the flooring was pulling up, the room was decent enough. Bed was not comfortable. The handicap shower would flood the entire the bathroom so we had to buy a squeegee just to make sure the water didn't get out to the carpet. Housekeeping only took out the trash and made the bed once during our week and a half stay. We had to get our own towels and toilet paper from the desk. We had to buy our own pots and pans because they had 1 skillet that would only fit a single egg. The check in process was a nightmare. They had lost internet so none of the rooms were accessible unless they opened the door for you. The food area was very dirty, the floor was sticky and had dirt stuck all over the sticky stuff. The tables were very dirty. They had Styrofoam plates and bowls and ran out of forks. The breakfast choices were sub-par, we decided to go get groceries and cook breakfast. During happy hour the Mac and cheese was burnt and the meatballs were cold and the breadsticks were soggy. The experience was so bad on day 3 we tried to move hotels but the other was sold out and so we had to stay. Do not recommend this location if you are wanting a Staybridge quality hotel. Go to Flowood.
