  This whole building smells like a wet dog. I'm having trouble sleeping because of the smell. Don't waste your money eating in the in house restaurant. The food will be covered in salt. ..if you need help with anything and the gentleman with black ear gauges is at the front desk , you will get an attitude instead of help. Luckily I'm not paying out of pocket. Next time I have to travel to this town for work I will be sure to book somewhere else . 2 stars is generous

  Nice rooms. Had a bar and restaurant on-site which is convenient although we got there to late and left to early to take advantage. Good location for our road trip. Everything was clean and appears well kept. Shower was a little dated but worked well with plenty of hot water.

  The room TVs are outdated (not smart TVs) and do not match the aesthetic and upgrades of the rest of the hotel. Other than that, it was wonderful. There is a connected restaurant with good food and service. We have a 2 queen room.

  This is a pretty good hotel and it has a great location if you want to shop. Check in was a breeze. The only issue was that the bedsheets were dirty which was has never happened at any Holiday Inn we've stayed at. Management fixed the issue in minutes and this was the only hiccup. The room overall seems pretty updated. The TV and Wifi were all in good order and the fridge/microwave were both clean and working. The view from our room was right at the Outlet Mall in Pearl. I wouldn't reccomend paying for the breakfast. We were told they closed at 1030 when we checked in,but the waitress told us she stops serving at 1000. Oh well we had left over stuff to nibble on so it wasnt a big deal,but keep that in mind the hours seem to be at the discretion of the staff not what you're told by anyone else. This is likely gonna be one of our go to spots when we come back to this area.

  Worst stay. The AC got cold but didn’t pull the humidity out so everything in the room felt damp and sticky. We were planning on staying all night but left at 4:00 am because we weren’t sleeping anyway. Too miserable. Room was large and looked clean but smelled damp like dirty carpet. Really need to have the AC fixed. When I checked out the lady said she’d report it but that didn’t help us.
