  If I could give a lower rating. I would give a 0. They cancelled my reservation and tried to raise the price by $50/night.

  Cons: Was told there was a $22 breakfast fee for the “free” breakfast when called. I ended up just booking online which took out a refund policy fee (be sure to read details.) Arrived at hotel at 11p on a Saturday to find out someone else was checked into my room I had booked under MY name (in which I had to keep on showing proof I was the one that booked the room in order for the man to “find” it.) Still don’t understand that one since I had to show ID and hand over my card for a $25 loss protection fee for another room they had to put me in. Entry way to the lobby was a hangout location while others sat in vehicles making it feel very uneasy. Lock didn’t work on door. (Unable to upload that video.) No shower curtain = fall risk Complimentary shampoos and soaps are pumps screwed into wall. No vending machine, convenient foods were way overpriced. Pro:Clean room and breakfast was good.

  First time staying here, we usually stay at another hotel in OB when visiting family. The only criticism I have is that the TV was weirdly positioned in the room. It looked like maybe there was supposed to be a sitting area off to the side or something. Not that we watched any TV. But other than that, the rooms was clean, shower was EXCELLENT, loved the breakfast, and the morning front desk lady, my daughter's new Auntie Sheena was so friendly and helpful. She gave her some little treats when she found out my girl was gonna be a big sis 🥰 hope to be back in July!

  The mattress felt like it needed to be replaced. My wife and I ended up in the middle of the bed. We just kind of sunk there. Also the people in the room above us seemed like they were stomping on the ceiling until about 12:00am. Finally at 5:07am the refrigerator in our room started clicking and I had to unplug it. Then it started leaking water in the floor. It appears that it had done this before because the ceramic tiles around it were loose. There was also rust in the bathtub and the lights above the headboards had dust hanging off of them. We did not get a good night's sleep. Holiday Inn needs to build a new facility and sell this building. It does not meet the standard that we are accustomed to seeing at Holiday Inn Express Hotels; we will not be staying here again. The people working there and the breakfast are the only good points of this hotel. Otherwise it would be a one star rating.

  First time staying here and would again, and would recommend anyone to this location. Very clean. Nice rooms, with comfortable beds and great pillows. Staff was extremely friendly, very courteous. 5 stars!! If I could give more, I would.
