  Gas station next door with a cheaters chicken Mexican across the road was amazing the rooms are clean service has been great so far beds are comfy showers super hot waiting to see how breakfast is but service has been very helpful with local stuff what's within walking distance and such

  Great experience at Best Western Olive Branch! Very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent customer service, and a good breakfast. Andrea was amazing and very helpful! Highly recommend this hotel.

  Not exactly what I expected considering the price but maybe the price is justifiable because of location! Breakfast 10/10, pool ok…. Housekeepers are friendly and helpful atmosphere ok. I enjoyed everything except the room!!!! My latch was broke not good having a toddler! Room has mold mildew and a leak by the sink. The room felt disgusting! I couldn’t stop itching and my sons allergies flared so bad I’m not saying it was but it just wasn’t comfortable I couldn’t get settled like I wish I would’ve been comfortable enough to! Everything else was great just didn’t like the room or being complained about regarding noise due to my Toddler running around.. understandable just request first floor if you have small kids other than that I guess it’s decent The breakfast lady is great 😊 big shout of to the housekeepers they were very helpful

  The rooms and services was clean and neat everything was good. I booked a hotel twice through third party and had a good experience. The second booking was ahead booked in future. However, I came bk to see can I get it rearrange the booking again on on same day. After coming bk to ask, the whoopi Goldberg looking woman accused non smoking room i rented out of smelling like Marijuana and decided she wouldn't change it anymore. I tolerate no Discrimination. The whole time I was there I was kind to them and respected their hotel.

  This place is clean but it has a strange acrid smell in the room. The staff are helpful and friendly. I noticed that the place is much older than the advertisement pictures portrayed. We purchased a suite with a kitchenette... however what we got was not quite what we expected. The kitchenette is sitting right next to the bed and there is a large fridge sitting at the foot of one of the beds making noise all night. They took a double and shoved a fridge and a kitchenette counter in it. If you are looking for a quick stay in a single or double this place will probably work fine but I would look elsewhere for anything nicer.
