  I recently made reservations with the hotel through a third party company on 6/10. I cancelled the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and requested to have an ETA of my refund. I was instructed to call the property by the Priceline representative and upon doing so I was met with the rudest front desk clerk I’ve ever experienced. She did not give me her name or let me speak with her supervisor. Whoever worked on 6/25 @1pm has horrendous customer service skills and needs proper training and technique on etiquette and customer care. The Priceline representative even apologized for the desk clerk demeanor and character.

  We came in town for construction work. We stayed for 5 nights. On the day of check out, my men left their bags in the room (as a few do not speak fluent English) because we had to be at the jobsite for a specific time to soon return and check out. We arrived back at 11:45am to check out just to find out they had already charged our cards without any type of communication. I tried to compromise and ask for a late check out fee instead of 2 full rooms or even pay for one room and at least refund the other. You would think in the business world you would try and accommodate your guests who come in town often and give them business. She said no and kept saying no, so we have lost respect for this location and will not be back.

  I would not recommend staying at this hotel. We have gone five consecutive days without receiving room service. Yesterday, I specifically spoke with the front desk and was assured that someone would come service our room, yet no one ever showed up or even knocked on the door. To make matters worse, when we first arrived, there were visible stains on the mattress, blankets, and carpet. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room were unacceptable. Housekeeping appears to be neglecting their responsibilities, and the lack of attention to guests' concerns is extremely unprofessional. Paying guests should not have to repeatedly request basic services that should already be provided. This experience has been disappointing, frustrating, and far below the standards expected from any hotel. Management needs to address these issues immediately.

  Love Best Western! Staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive! Rooms were clean! Breakfast was awesome and will most definitely be back again and again!❤️💕

  I had a very disappointing stay at the Best Western Plus DeSoto in Olive Branch, Mississippi. The front desk employee, Felicia, was dismissive from the moment I checked in and spent most of the interaction not responding to me when I was letting her know about a situation with my credit card, and then when it came time to swipe my card, I had to re-explain it because she wasn't listening the first time. The biggest issue was finding a bed bug in my room on the second day of my stay. When I reported it, the staff seemed unconcerned and never followed up like they said they would. I eventually had to go downstairs myself, and the only solution offered was moving to another room. Overall, the lack of urgency and concern about a serious issue like bed bugs made this a very unpleasant experience.
