- GGGageD Gage4 days ago1.0I’m a top-tier diamond member with Best Western and I have never been more disappointed in a Best Western day that I have been with this property. There was nothing pleasant about my stay here at all. The staff was never all that friendly, except for the lady that worked Friday Saturday and Sunday evenings she was always very friendly and willing to help. However, other staff just seemed annoyed when you would ask for anything. The hotel itself is pretty dated the furniture looks like it’s from the 90s. My biggest issue was that I complained literally every night of the two weeks that I stayed there calling down to the front desk, sometimes several times a night to complain about someone in their room next to me blaring their music very loudly with a lot of base it would range from six or 7 PM until two or three in the morning and they never tried to figure out what room it was coming from. Never did anything about it. This was the worst hotel state I’ve ever had.

- DDDJ DildayApr 14, 20262.0Location is great for this hotel which is why we went with it but not sure we will be back. Chair in room was very nasty. Needs thrown away. The big thing was no towels. The person that washes them leaves at 1pm each day and somehow none were ever available besides floor towels to dry off with. Don’t think it’s too hard to go in each room daily and grab the towels to wash in an industrial washing machine. Only 1 of the two elevators worked and that was just the first day. The second day we had to take the stairs. The two ladies at the front desk were nice even with all the issues but upper management definitely needs to figure something out here. The towel situation is too simple of a service to mess up.
