  This hotel is not fit to rent a room I was in room 412 and the bathroom wasn’t clean hair in the tub and I don’t know what was on the floor , The room smells so bad it had me throwing up and using the bathroom I went outside ok I went back in the room and the same thing happened . I went downstairs to talk to the front desk and they told me they didn’t have anymore rooms . I drove 15 hours to pay to sleep in a place that is making me sick and unclean. I will sleep in my car this is unacceptable on so many levels I can’t post the smell I wish I could

  Made me sad cause the pool was nasty. The staff was very helpful and courteous. 👍 Nice.

  Stayed here for nearly two weeks for work. Below were some of the difficulties I experienced. 1. I had tried to check in at 3 pm on the date of my arrival, and my room wasn't ready until after 6 pm. 2. The elevator annual certification had expired in 5/2026 and still wasn't inspected a month later, so I was told by one of the staff to avoid using elevator while staying on the top floor. 3. The power went out for an afternoon and the stairwells didn't have ANY working emergency exit lights. 4. The hotel cleaning staff skipped my room 1/3 of my stay...I just wanted clean towels.... (I had checked with multiple front desk personnel to see if I needed to request service....the answer was no.) 5. The laundry machines were moldy and disgusting. On a Saturday night, one person left her dog hair covered laundry in machines (didn't pay the $3 to start a wash) until Wednesday. I asked the staff to clean it out. They gave me two small trash bags and told me to do it myself. 6. Four weekdays of my stay, the breakfast bar didn't open until 7 am, and was still missing items when they opened late. It made it difficult to get complimentary breakfast and make it to work on time. 7. The bathroom doorframe's paint was chipped to the point of seeing bare metal through the multiple coats of paint. Additionally, there were several concerning marks/discoloration on the walls. I hope this hotel plans on remodeling and fixing these issues, but I am not planning on going back to this location.

  Room was clean. Bed was firm. Pillows were plump and comfy. Frig, microwave and coffee station provided. Breakfast was impressive.They had omlets, sausage, pancakes, biscuits & gravy, cereal, muffins, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, muffins, juice & more.
