  0 cleaning done in my room before entered. Hairs all over the shower, floor, sink. Crusted food and drink on top of nightstand. You could see where sprayed cleaning product on tops of counter and nightstand but no wiping. Most disgusting room I have ever stayed in at an IHG property. Will never stay here again since the housekeeping apparently has 0 oversight, no one checks behind the staff obviously. Front desk clerk is friendly and very nice ...other than that this hotel is trash now. I have stayed here several times before but will not be doing so again!!

  I wouldn't let my mother-in-law stay here. Rooms are gutter , carpet ,-gutter moulding smell through out. Shame on Holiday inn company . This location could easily double its profits if it cared. So sad . People that have allergies should not stay here . Just sad.

  This property needs some TLC and is past due for an update. The furniture and fixtures have definitely seen better days. There are zero USB charging ports to be found. I feel like I’m stuck in the early 2000’s. After having spent prior nights at fresher IHG properties on my road trip, this hotel feels stale and dated. The half dead plants outside the front doors are perfect metaphors for what’s inside. The ladies at the front desk were nice enough at check in; however, as someone whose IHG profile requests a room on a high floor away from the elevator, I’m dumbstruck as to how I ended up on the first floor adjacent to the fitness room and across the hall from the hotel laundry. This must be the noisiest hall in the entire hotel. The fact that I’m here three nights has me seriously thinking about requesting a room change or moving to the Hampton Inn next door. We’ll see how it goes.

  Bathroom was moldy and dirty. Mold in bathtub and ring in the toilet bowl. Hallway and room on 3rd floor musty smelling. Mattress in our room is worn out. Not happy with this experience at all. Will not recommend this hotel nor be back here to stay. Young man that checked us in was very professional and polite. Thats the best think I can say about our stay.

  I have stayed here multiple times and each time it gets worse. Front desk attendant may or may not be there. "Sorry picking up my kids" the rooms are filthy. This time around I found a used q-tip on the floor in the bathroom. Floors are sticky as well. The free breakfast looks as if it's post apocalyptic food rationing and the employees bring their families in for free breakfast. None of the usual fair biscuits and gravy, yogurt ect.... The auto coffee makers are dirty and the chafing trays have finger prints from days ago ewwee... Don't get me started on the food prep area. This property needs serious help in all aspects of presentation and hospitality Today went down for breakfast. No eggs, no cinnamon rolls, the 3 containers that hold the milk and cream have dried scum on them, as if they have not been washed just refilled. There was 2 Rotten oranges for fruit (litterly rotten) only bread they had was a couple bagels. Now before you say oh it was all eaten up, I went down at 6:30 (open time) and again 8:45 (for coffee) same same. I asked the food prep guy if there were any more walnuts for the oatmeal and he looked at me like I had corn growing out of my ears ... "No sir" twice and he went back to watching videos on his phone. Got back to my room last night after work and was not cleaned. That's ok but they did enter to chuck some garbage bags by the TV (not empty the trash) and throw some towels on my toiletries. When I went to use one it was still stained and appeared used refolded and repurposed freaking grossss. I COULD GO ON AND ON ....
