  I booked my room with hotels.com and get here get in the room and it not the king bed and disable bathtub that I need and requested on hotels.com so I go back to desk to tell him that I am handicapped and I had special requests for king bed and tub that had handicapped stuff to help me like tub bars for getting in and out! This guy knew I had cerebral palsy when I checked in I walked with knees bent and my speech is hard to understand but anyway he said I’m sorry that hotels.com didn’t get the request for the special for this booking and the other rooms are booked except for the more expensive rooms that I guess he was not going to give it to me even though he said that they were breaking the ADA law! He didn’t offer me anything at all! Only good thing was the hot tub which I had to get bands from him to use it he didn’t offer it when we checked in! We paid high price for the hot tub spa and the accommodations that we did not get! Not to mention that the room was on 2nd floor and down really long hallways all the way down almost the end for a cerebral palsy woman who has trouble walking around that’s very uncomfortable for my body! This place could have done something it’s really big and expensive I’m not saying it’s not really nice place it’s! It has a outdoor pool and hot tub/spa really good and a kiddy pool nearby pool gated area I haven’t had breakfast yet but I’m sure it is ok and I haven’t seen the gym or office area but I’m sure it’s nice I can’t believe they would rather break a ADA law then find a way to accommodate me he did have a room but because it was more expensive than my room I booked he would not even consider it or something I never had a hotel refused to follow ADA law even without the law if you booked king bed room and you got two singles you would be upset because it’s not what you paid for! I will update this post in the morning I woke up to find bit all over my legs little red dots that itchy we didn’t eat breakfast bc we so aggravated about everything and I told the guy that in the front desk that I got ate up by something in the bed last night he said oh by what like really so

  This is one of my favorite IHG hotels that I've stayed at in a while. The location was near food, gas, and the interstate. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast area is decorated in a Toy Story them along the ceiling, my son loved that as well as the AWESOME pool set up. They have a nice pool area that goes to 5ft, a kiddie pool that is 1.5ft deep, as well as a large hot tub that changes colors and has nice jets. The rooms were super clean, and had the cutest towel animal waiting for us on the bed upon arrival, like you'd see on a cruise ship. The breakfast they offered was better than most HIE locations, with biscuits (that were cooked perfectly and were soft and buttery), sausage gravy, sausage patties and links, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and many bread options (croissants, biscuits, bread, bagels) as well as hot grits with cheese and bacon crumbles for garnish. Would definitely stay here again if in the area, as the staff was also super friendly. One other thing that I thought was a nice touch, was a memorial they had in the lobby for 2 employees that had passed away (different times) in a glass display case. I've never seen any other hotel honor a departed employee in that way, and I just thought that was really nice.

  Awesome place to stay also check out there saying at the front desk. You just got to guess it. Which i think that's very kool
