- WWWagon Wheel3 days ago1.0Rooms were run down. Laundry was out side??? Yes, outside. Never saw that before. Didnt stick around for the breakfast. If you needed a inexpensive place to crash for one night. OK.
- DHDemonte HarrisJun 25, 20262.0I Checked in around 12:00 midnight. The room was stuffy as hell and it was stale. Who ever cleaned the room prior half did the job. There was a dirty wet used wash cloth still in the tub and piss was still on the toilet seat. The smell of the room had my allergies going crazy. This was honestly one of the worst best western franchises I’ve ever been to and I will not be back if I can help it. They need to improve immediately!
- JDJoni DavisJun 10, 20261.0Me, my husband and mom who is 88 recently came to stay here on May 9th. The girl at the desk was very nice and she was new. It was only her second day. We checked in and went to our room only to find a dead roach on the floor. We went back down and explained we didn’t want to stay there and wanted a refund. She assured us it would be credited but if we saw something on our bill they would make it right. Well, we got the bill and it was on there. I have called the hotel twice and spoken to a very rude manager twice and then went above her head to corporate and called twice. We were told the sweet girl at the desk put it in as cancelled but the rude manager reinstated the charges anyway. And since they are independently owned they are not going to remove the charges off of my 88 year old moms discover card who lives on a fixed budget. Shame on you that you would do that to someone. Would you want to stay in a room with a dead roach? I don’t think so. They need Jesus!
