The hotel and room were fine. Nothing remarkable. When I walked in to register, the staff were sitting in the lobby chit-chatting loudly which was a little unprofessional. The main issue was when I was told the night before where the breakfast would be located nothing was mentioned about an additional charge for breakfast. In the morning we came down for the typical little continental breakfast that they had available and then werr told they would charge us $12 per person if we wanted to eat it. It was nothing to write home about, just typical for what you see at most hotels with a couple platters of eggs, sausage, fruit and breads. Definitely nothing I would pay extra for and was really unhappy that we weren't told about it up front. Wouldn't use this hotel again.

And I took pictures of everything. And the dirty bathtub I forgot and a video of the squeaky door, Bathroom was dirty, the door main door going in and out squeaked, so loud. It's like I was in a horror movie. Waiting for someone to come in and stab me, toilet head stains in it, the ceiling was only half painted was paint shippings, coming down appealing, the faucet was so hard to turn the shower faucet. I feel sorry for a retiree. Cause they wouldn't be able to turn their water on, there was a sticker and some glue from old stickers stuck onto the shower wall, to get coffee in the morning. I had to use my flashlight to see what kind of Creamer fake Creamer at that they should have real Creamer for what you spend on these places. It gives me heartburn all day, but I had to turn my flashlight on just to see which creamer I was using. And I didn't see a switch, shower curtain is the wrong size. When you go to poland you gotta play with it to get to go over, and the lady said she was taking down notes at the front desk, but I don't think she wrote everything down plus there was a cart in the middle of the hall that sat there from 6 o'clock, so the time I left at in the morning. right six thirty, she almost kind of looked at me like I was crazy. Well when you spend that kind of money It shouldn't be like the super eight or motel. Six, and I will be contacting corporate if this doesn't get there.

I didn't personally stay here, but I wanted to leave a rave review for the staff. My wife is traveling with my daughter from Dallas and has been on the road all day. All the hotels in Meridian seem to be sold out. I called about a dozen places to try to help her source a safe place to sleep. I called here and got Quen on the phone, who told me they were sold out. However, Quen then took the time to call around to help and called me back with an option of a safe local hotel with a room for my wife and kid. Talk about above and beyond. This husband and dad couldn't be happier! Thanks Quen for going the extra mile!!!
