  Miles ahead of the neighboring hotels that we’ve stayed at. Mr. Norman at the front desk was very polite when checking in, especially for it being 1AM on a holiday weekend 😊 He showed the room before booking & even brought us extra bedding to make up the couch into a pallet for our toddler. Excellent service and clean, spacious room even for a single king.

  Very disappointing experience. In general the Hotel felt dingy and rundown. The room had numerous issues (bathroom door didn’t close properly, USB ports were broken, hair found in the bed, soap holder was broken, toilet had a weak flush, the AC was really loud, and the room felt unclean in general).

  Had a great night's rest at this location. The location was quiet, felt safe, the AC worked great during a heat wave, employees were friendly. The room and bedding were clean.

  Had to stay for the week for work. Walk in to check in one person on the phone I give the other my name and asked if I could grab something out of my truck or do they need any other info he says it fine. I run out grab what I needed. Run back in and he’s gone. The other worker is on the phone and I waited ten minutes. The amount of debris (trash) on the 2nd floor hallway wasn’t a good look. Next day I have a terrible headache and my second night I figured out my bed frame is broken (headache from sleeping with feet higher than head) as I get in bed at 8. I go to use phone to call front desk and it doesn’t have the phone cord and doesn’t work. Call from cell 10 times and wait on hold. So I get dressed go down stairs and tell them about my bed frame. They don’t have anything to fix and tell me they will look at it in a little bit they are busy. I took a hug pile of paper plates from kitchen to level my bed. Not a very helpful experience. Every part of dealing with this hotel was bad.
