  Excellent hotel, so far. I frequently stay at Hiltons, this trip I gave Holiday Inn a shot and I haven't been disappointed, thus far. Beds are more comfortable than Hilton, by far! Great nights sleep for this stay. The 4 star rating is for the floors cleanliness in my room. I love that its not carpet but its very very dirty. Otherwise everything else is great!

  We stayed here for the Diamond Youth World Series. We had about 20 rooms with our group. We had the best time. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice and cold at night. We could not have been more pleased!

  It was okay at best. I mean for a $178 dollar room you expect top notch service. Let's just say i took pictures of the damage in the room and missing smoke detector to ensure I wasn't charged. The executive manager was quick to remind me that just because the room is available at 1pm doesn't mean it's ready to which the room cleaner lady immediately says it is ready. Bit of an attitude I could have done without of his part. The rest of the staff was pretty nice. The room itself was not the room we asked for which should have had a walk in tub for my disabled son that can't walk. We stayed in 304. The a/c had cords hanging out of it and wasn't properly installed - sitting on a piece of plywood. The usb outlets were pre-damaged. Room sounded like a gym. There was an echo that was weird. Anyway, the whole thing was okay at best. I expect better for the price.

  Our room was very nice, clean and inviting. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were so soft. Our stay was perfect. The lady at the counter was very friendly , helpful and has a good sence of humor. My husband rarely sleeps over 5 hours at night and slept 8. That speaks volumes. The large shade blocked out light, no noise from loby even though our room was first in the hallway by the loby. We would definitely stay here again. I'd love to have this bed at home lol. We stayed in the kings suite and felt pampered, thank you holiday Inn express for our wonderful stay.

  Miles ahead of the neighboring hotels that we’ve stayed at. Mr. Norman at the front desk was very polite when checking in, especially for it being 1AM on a holiday weekend 😊 He showed the room before booking & even brought us extra bedding to make up the couch into a pallet for our toddler. Excellent service and clean, spacious room even for a single king.
