    Outside appearance was clean and safe. Upon entering the lobby, the front desk attendant was polite and the checkin process was easy. Although, the room didn’t compare to the original appearance of the hotel. The smell and cleanliness of the room was subpar. Walls are stained and scuffed, carpet is torn and in patches, bathroom shower has mold and dirty shower curtain. Pillows were tiny hard lumps, no extra blanket in room. The air conditioning did work! We told the front desk about the room odor and they apologized for not having another room available. Morning breakfast was definitely not tasteful. Many items empty and breakfast attendant wasn’t hospitable. Hotel needs some work!

    We walked into the hotel lobby and I thought okay this is nice. Once we were assigned to our room, we get on the elevator and it was disgusting. Elevator door opens on the second floor and the carpet is gross and the hallway smells like mold. We get into our room and all looks well until I start looking around. The rolling chair at the desk was disgusting. The curtains gross and stained. The nightstand was dirty. The bathroom was so nasty we wore our sandals in the shower. Sheets on one bed were ripped. And our room also smelled like mold. Definitely not worth the $320 we paid for the weekend. We travel to the area a lot for travel ball and will NOT be staying here again.

    Nice hotel and friendly staff at a good location to the interstate but far enough away not to hear it at night.

    Checked in. Staff was very friendly. Got our keys, went the elevator. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a bit. Got to the 2nd floor, noticed the dirty stained carpet. Opened the door to our room, immediately noticed the smell and the very old stained carpet. After looking by the AC unit i found black mold. Again, staff was very nice and accommodating so no fault to front desk, she was very understanding. Just was not the place for us!
