  Probably the best sheets ive slept on in a hotel. There was a lot of condensation from where they were doing work and I guess they shut off the ac during that time. The carpet, sheets, and walls were damp. The ceiling was literally dripping wet. Then there was no towels in our room. We carry a box fan with us everywhere so it dried out alot of it. Besides all that, it was a really nice hotel.

  I’d rate this place a 0 if I could. As an IHG Diamond Elite member, I expect a certain level of reliability and service, but my experience at Hotel Indigo Hattiesburg was extremely disappointing. I arrived late at night after driving for hours with my pregnant wife and two young children, expecting to check into the room I had reserved well in advance. Instead, I was informed that the hotel had oversold its rooms and no longer had the room I booked available. After a long day of travel and a drive through the night, this was the last thing my family needed. What makes this even more frustrating is that loyalty apparently meant nothing in this situation. As a Diamond Elite member, I would expect reservations to be honored, especially when traveling with family. Instead, we were left scrambling for accommodations while exhausted and with two tired children and a pregnant wife who simply needed a place to rest. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled showed a lack of planning and consideration for guests. Overselling rooms may make sense on paper, but it creates real problems for families who are counting on a guaranteed reservation. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in both this property and the IHG brand. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

  The onsite restaurant is closed for remodeling. No breakfast, just a bowl of mixed fruit and coffee. The luggage carts are terrible! They are not your standard 4 wheel long hotel style. They are the short airport style carts. This required us to make multiple trips.

  We brought our entire company (40+) to town and had conformed reservations at this hotel. We arrived at 5:30pm & they had already given our rooms away. Stay ANYWHERE in town but this place.

  This was our 2nd stay at Hotel Indigo! Disappointed that the property took advantage of the NCAA Regionals and price gouged despite their clear differentiator, the restaurant and bar, being closed for renovations! Too bad that we won’t stay again because of this deception. Rooms are great. Service is substandard. Hope management acknowledges their opportunities to improve!
