Our stay offered good value, and I want to recognize the staff for being courteous, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was enjoyable, although it would have been nice to have fresh yogurt available found at other BW locations. We also did not receive the rewards welcome bag at check-in. Unfortunately, our room had a significant cleanliness issue that management needs to address. We found small roaches in multiple areas of the room, including the bathroom, shower, refrigerator, and microwave area. We killed several, but more continued coming from the same places. Between check-in and check-out, we counted approximately ten roaches. The room also showed noticeable wall repairs, and there was no shower gel provided in the shower. The hotel appeared to be undergoing construction, which is understandable, but the areas near the rooms did not appear to have been thoroughly vacuumed or cleaned. We chose not to request a room change because we initially hoped the issue was isolated. By the time more roaches appeared, it was late in the evening, and we had an early departure the next morning. I’m sharing this not to criticize, but because I genuinely hope management will address these concerns so future guests can enjoy the convenience, value, and comfort this hotel and the BW brand has the potential to provide.
