Room floors was so nasty and I didn't call cause I was hoping when they cleaned the room the next day it would possibly be taken care. But when I return after being out all day bed was not clean, towels not replaced with clean towels and floor still was nasty. I had to take nasty towels to front desk and get cleaned ones and was told the rooms only get cleaned upon request. When did that started 🤔 Just was not the same cleaness nor smelled the same. Just a big disappointment this time.
