  Although the beds were very comfortable. Here are a few negatives, slamming doors through the night, people talking loudly at 4am, no ice at 8:45 am, ice bucket was dirty, hot water/cold water shower wrong direction and lastly, no elevator. Needless to say I won't be staying there any time soon

  We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel in Grenada. The rooms and common areas were spotless, extremely clean, and well-maintained. The friendly staff provided great service, making it a very comfortable stay. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and nice hotel in Grenada!

  I almost didn't stay here because of the reviews. This place was great. We had a bad experience with a vacation rental. The staff was kind, the room was clean, and breakfast was wonderful. Very thankful we chose to stay here. Turned a bad experience into a great one.

  This room was $269 a night! It was equivalent to a motel room i would pay $40 a night for. Beds are super hard, room smelled super musty. We checked in at 11 pm. Front desk women was rude and mad we interrupted her doing lord knows what. She didnt say hi or give us any greeting. Plus there were mulitple people hanging out and tailgating in the parking lot overnight. Not very clean rooms, no customer service and in the middle of MS. Genuine nightmare fuel

  I would give this place 5 stars for everything but the fact that I had a house keeper walk in on me in the bathroom not once BUT TWICE in the same week was a huge problem for me. Me and my husband are here for work. We have an extended stay. The first night, GREAT. the next morning however, I was in the bathroom when I heard what I thought was my hotel room door open and shut. I peak out of the bathroom and sure enough a house keeper is standing right at the bathroom door! Okay, so I call front desk speak with them. Thought we got it all figured out. Well then I guess that translated into I didnt want service AT ALL. So a few days go by and I go down to the front desk and speak with them about how I would still like service. Asked what time they come by and everything! (Got told later in the day around 1-2) and let them know that a good knock and waiting for a response is all I’m asking for before ENTERING. Well today as I am using the restroom about to get in the shower. (8:30 A.M.) MIND YOU WATER RUNNING AND ALL. ANOTHER housekeeper comes in my room AND COMES INTO THE BATHROOM!!!! So fully indisposed BOTH TIMES. So if you’d like complete miscommunication and to be walked in on multiple times during your stay I suggest this place! EDIT TO ADD:: I have went to work with my husband the last few days so I have not been here for housekeeping. BUT, we get back today to realize some things we had out in certain places had been taken! They were switched out with empty replacements! So on top of the COMPLETE lack of privacy we can add thieves!! Also everyone who works that’s front desk needs a crash course on customer service and how to speak to people. For instance when a customer calls the front desk about a problem and we rudely hand the phone off to someone else without saying anything IN THE MIDDLE OF ME SPEAKING about the fact that I had been walked in on A SECOND TIME. Or when me and my husband went to the pool and used our bath towels (mind you nothing has been said about any other KIND of towel) and we go to the front desk (still in swim suits and BATH towels) and ask for more towels and get asked “what kind” rudely. And when we say bath towels bc we just used ours for the pool so we would like some more for a shower and she says “well you could’ve just asked for POOL towels” So no I recant my statement from earlier one star all the way around and they better be glad I’m not from here…
