    Frequent visitor to this location, and like a lot of IHG properties of late, this just doesn’t meet the mark. Three times I’ve been assigned a room with a broken air conditioner. In fairness I was given a different room each time. Twice the elevator has gone out of service during my stay. This last visit the mattress is obviously wallowed out (the picture doesn’t do it justice) and the carpet at the foot of the bed was sticky. Things happen, I’m realistic, but when things keep happening you have to ask the hard questions. Is it coincidence or lack of attention?

    Rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is clean. The staff is friendly and they have a great breakfast. I also like the fresh ground coffee.

    Checked in with reservation of a double queen. Got to room and it was a king. Mind you, elevators aren’t working either. Went back down and got room switched. Back UP STAIRS to 3rd floor to our “new room”, there’s a man laying in the bed. Went BACK downstairs and receptionist was shocked someone was in the room. She gave us yet another room, so BACK up to the 3rd floor. Finally a room. Go eat, come back and think, oh we will go for a swim. NOPE, they have a lock on the pool and you can’t get in it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Also, the mildew smell was so bad that it was burning our noses.

    Bathroom had mold around the lining of it, bathroom toilet was dirty, sink counter was dirty after I wiped with disinfectant wipes. Worst part elevator has been down for days with no date to be fixed. Would not recommend

    I booked this hotel 3 weeks prior to my stay. I live 6 hours from here and chose this hotel for my stay while I was here for Memorial Day weekend. Upon arrival, a young, thinner, Caucasian girl was at the front desk. She did not speak, she just stared at me. That was the first red flag. I then said "I have a reservation." She replied, we don't have any rooms. In disbelief, as I just drove 6 hours to get here. I gave her my name. How do you tell me you don't have any rooms when you haven't even searched for my reservation. She then replied, your room is not ready. Mind you, it's 3:04pm. Check in is at 3pm. I ask how long until the room will be ready and she says she doesn't know. I say well I made this reservations weeks ago and I called when we were 2 hours away to make sure everything was okay. She called someone to help her. While she did this, I had my family, who were waiting in the car, call around and see if anyone else had any rooms. Not only was this girl not trying to help me and had an attitude, the elevator was down. My mom had back surgery and would not be able to climb the stairs. The older woman came with a list of rooms that she just cleaned and was able to obtain us a room on the first floor. The customer service was horrible. So I enter the room and it's okay. Decent. The toilet is discolored and the tub is dirty but I'm here now. So, after I cleaned the bathroom. There were two face towels and two large towels. I booked the room for 4 adults. My daughter went to the desk to request more towels, so we can shower before church service- the reason why we were here. The same woman who was rude to me, like shrugged her shoulders in annoyance because we needed more towels. Later that day, I get a text from the hotel, due to short staff, we can't have anymore towels until the next day, in the afternoon. The service has been absolutely horrible. Now let's talk about breakfast. The bacon was good, eggs were rubbery. No biscuits. Like 2 stars for breakfast. So today is checkout and as I'm making my breakfast, one of the workers approached me. There's other people in line as well, but she approached me and said "when are you checking out?" I couldn't believe it. It's 8am. Checkout is at 11. I respond and say "at checkout". Lord help us all. I only gave 1 star because the bacon was good. Lord's will, I will never use this hotel again.
